What to comment, he and we all know the truth about ‘Sikh Genocide-1984’.
His compulsions are different and secret to plead in the manner than us always.
If any killings, Jail break etc take place in India especially in Punjab; he was tutored to straightway declare that it was handiwork of terrorist from across the border-Pakistan, because killers etc were always to be protected under the shadow of the secret Indian agencies (some powers) as already elaborated in an article, click to link as under to read:

Such politicians-agents are controlled and guided by ‘The National Security Adviser (NSA)’. Hence can’t move openly and freely without heavy security like security of commandos Z +. Let such persons be in power and or out of power.
Such politicians-groups-agents etc read only dictated notes- issue press notes written by the agencies.  Let, they are in legislature or outside, they remain controlled and dictated as already said.
We should not blame and or take them seriously because it is the function of the agencies as to how, they are to be projected and their existence is to be kept maintained always for taking agency work from them to  harm  the masses in general.
To my mind, the alert citizens should not become party to them if they say something as being  said about Sukhbir like this,
