1. No House Owner Shall Be ‘Ready and Willing’ To Allow Fraud or Theft In His House Except Banks: Why? The experienced and expert dealing in such cases in the year 1984, my senior lawyer used to explain and discuss the prosecution story as well as defence version and used to conclude finally, “No House Owner Shall Be ‘Ready and Willing’ To Allow Fraud or Theft In His House Except Banks”. Indian Banking System Is Collapsing: Why?
2. The corrupt politicians, the agencies, a section of government and or part of government machinery assist and or pressurize such Banks without their any fixed responsibility to advance the bad loans due to involving their selfish interest-greed within the corrupt political system.
3. The Bad debt or bad loans is the amount owned by a person/entity (debtor) that is considered unlikely to be paid in due. When the debtor is illiquid (going into bankruptcy), banks generally write off bad loans (this will result only in decline of credit rating for the debtor, nothing more than this result in the entire process against the debtor, nonpayer, defaulter, cheat).
4. “Bad loans are loans were the debtor is not making payments. Banks will try to collect the payments and get the loans back to current state. However some of the loans will persist and eventually file bankruptcy. Banks will recover whatever they can from the mortgaged assets and write off the remaining amount as loss.
5. A person is always liable to payback the loan if he has the means. The bank can take the debtor to court and get a favorable ruling to recover their debt from any assets the debtor has. The only protection debtor has is when they file bankruptcy i.e. their debts are more than their assets. The bankruptcy laws vary from country to country and so also the protection they offer. In recent times it has become tougher for people to write off their debt in a bankruptcy and you can still be liable for the debt even after bankruptcy. Just that the banks can’t come after you as aggressively until you start making some money”. Quora
6. The Learned experts or the people closely witness to the system or actively remained involved in the system where, “The corrupt politicians, the agencies, a section of government and or part of government machinery assist and or pressurize such Banks without their any fixed responsibility to advance the bad loans due to involving their selfish interest-greed within the corrupt political system” discuss and explain the reasons behind the spoiled system in a very refined and expert manner, but very intelligently reasoning out as to why, “No House Owner Shall Be ‘Ready and Willing’ To Allow Fraud or Theft In His House Except Banks”?
7. But, author of this note being an individual though a student of political science and law without alliance with any particular political party, who is always trying within his means and limitations to support with his pen-writings only, without any greed and benefits and or without any ill-will- ‘bad feelings between people because of things that happened in the past’, to the people- citizens agitating for their rights and the rights of humanity, may be with the social and political weapon in the field or otherwise, but peacefully by abiding the rule of law of our land-India.
8. Is It difficult to understand so far, as to how ‘The corrupt politicians, the agencies, a section of government and or part of government machinery’ as they have understanding with each other closely, may be directly or indirectly out of selfishness and greed, can be considered or seen in isolation from each other in the operations of unlawful activities openly happening in India?
9. “The Indian financial system is crumbling. The entire financial structure and various financial institutions - public and private sector banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), Co-operative banks, have become fragile, fragmented and prone to disasters”.
10. Collapse of banking system: The fall of the PMC Bank is yet another example of the crisis facing the banking industry: By: S Narendra, UPDATED: OCTOBER 06 2019, 09:13AM IST:

11. As already quoted in some other context, “Delhi violence: CJI says courts can’t stop things from happening” THE HINDU: Why? Hon’ble Supreme Court of India knows as to where fault lies-deceit of Delhi violence and Killings’ etc in India??? Will Ever Indian Voters have their own Choice for New Leadership?” it may also be relevant in this context, “Indian Banking System Is Collapsing or What”?
12. That’s why, author of this note is very cautious to write about ‘The Learned experts or the people closely witness to the system or actively remained involved in the system’ whenever, discuss and explain the reasons behind the spoiled system in a very refined and expert manner, but very intelligently reasoning out as to why, “No House Owner Shall Be ‘Ready and Willing’ To Allow Fraud or Theft In His House Except Banks” and similarly on other endless issues of grave concern for Indians to improve and reform the system?
