Sikh Way Of Life: To Improve In Life: Recognised By Hon’ble Delhi High Court: The chance given for repentance to improve for ever during community service at gurdwara, but imposing a fine of Rs 1 lakh looks as a punishment to his family: Isn’t?
Sometime, the most innocents and emotional people do commit offence at the instances of the politicians or otherwise, they must be given chance to improve in life provided the courts reasonably feel to do so.
Once, I did face such a situation emotionally and innocently, but my God fearing subordinate officers rightly reported, to our godly Air Officer Commanding (AOC), the circumstances prevailed during and before the occurrence in the year 1972-1973 while serving in Indian Air Force at Srinagar.
I was sympathetically guided by our godly AOC and physically punished by him as an eye opener for others providing with heavy diet and all other facilities in open and within wooden airy cell for 28 days at Srinagar without any adverse entry as personal occurrence report (POR) to that affect in my record with full pay, keeping in mind by the godly AOC, the welfare of my family and parents, then all resided poorly at Ludhiana.
Similarly, I personally bow my head before Hon’ble Justice Subramonium Prasad as he did justice in this case fairly, though with the remarks, “ The chance given for repentance to improve for ever during community service at gurdwara, but imposing a fine of Rs 1 lakh looks as a punishment to his family: Isn’t?”
Appreciable and an exceptional conclusion: The court noted that the man has already spent about a month in custody and he has expressed regret in the court. Also, the complainant who was present in the court stated that the life of the youngster would get spoiled if proceedings continue.
