The surprise, however, was the high attendance at the AAP and radical leaders-led 'Rosh March'.

The Morcha- Dharna In Bargari And Demands: The main  demands of ‘The Morcha- Dharna In
Bargari’, ‘The Morcha-Dharna at Bargari Village in District Faridkot, Punjab led by parallel Jathedar
Dhian Singh Mand include as under:
1.     To implement in the letter and spirit the Justice Ranjit Singh Commission’s report (Now a
public  document), fully debated on August 28, 2018 in the Assembly of Punjab-The Punjab
Vidhan Sabha as the  SIT and the Justice Ranjit Singh Commission have already given detail at
Dera Sacha Sauda followers in the sacrilege cases;
2.     Also ‘indicted former Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal in the 2015 Guru Granth Sahib
sacrilege case, adding that he was well aware of the situation developing at Kotkapura and the
subsequent firings ordered’ as  being a highly sensitive matter ignored, intentionally and
deliberately,   since then and being continued so ;
3.     The firings ordered is being a highly sensitive matter and it was the most cruel act similar to
‘The Jallianwala Bagh massacre, also known as the Amritsar massacre, took place on 13 April 1919
when a crowd of nonviolent protesters, along with Baishakhi pilgrims, who had gathered in
Jallianwala Bagh, Amritsar, Punjab, were fired upon by troops of the British Indian Army under the
command of Colonel Reginald Dyer’.
4.     But here is the Badal Family involved and at whose instance and in lieu of what and obviously
also being helped by CM Captain Amarinder Singh?
5.     Will ‘The Dharna In Bargari’, ‘The dharna at Bargari Village in District Faridkot, Punjab led by
parallel Jathedar Dhian Singh Mand get answer to all this now.

AND
6.     To secure the release of Sikh political detainees who have served their jail terms immediately.

Would ever ‘the heirs of Sikhs mostly mentally captured to be corrupt-looters and cruel offer their
deepest sorrow and shame from Punjab?

“I offer my deepest sorrow and shame that my grandfather played such a part in this awful piece of
history”
.
To close, I received a touching message last year from a grandson of Senior Superintendent Gainsford
(one of the police officers responsible for the firing on the Khaksars on March 19th). I am grateful to the
grandson for sending such a nice note and am reproducing it here (with con-sent):
 http://www.sapulse.com/new_comments.php?id=21296_0_1_0_C

“Dear Sir,
I am emailing you because I read an article that you wrote in which I discovered something I didn’t
not know, and that fills me with shame.
My grandfather was Superintendent D Gainsford who was responsible for the massacre on March 19th.
I don’t know what I expect to get from this reaching out, except to offer my deepest sorrow and shame
that my grandfather played such a part in this awful piece of history.
I remember him as a kindly man, with extensive injuries to his face I believe from being struck by a
spade carried by one of the protesters.
From one grandchild to another, from one side of history to the other, I send my brotherly love.”
Gestures of goodwill such as this one should hopefully bring some relief to the families of the March
19th Khaksar martyrs along with their supporters and sympathizers. Previously, British Royals, Prime
Ministers, and others had acknowledged another historical massacre known as the Jallianwala Bagh
(Amritsar) incident, which took place in 1919. I request the Government of U.K. to do the same for the
Khaksar massacre.

 http://www.thekhalsa.org/frame.php?path=342&article=27100
Highlights: Governor Banwarilal Purohit administered the oath of office and secrecy to Mann at the
swearing-in ceremony that took place at Khatkar Kalan, the ancestral village of freedom fighter Bhagat Singh in Punjab’s Shaheed Bhagat Singh (SBS) Nagar district. Only Mann took the oath during the ceremony.

The event was supposed to start at 12.30 PM but got delayed and began at 1.25 PM.
“However, the swear-in ceremony is said to be delayed from the scheduled time due to bad weather: ABP NEWS”??? Though, the truth may never come out, but the time of delay might have taken to influence and pressurise Bhagwant Mann to edit his speech as desired by the central agencies of India?
