25th Martyrdom Anniversary of Shaheed Bhai Jinda & Sukha observed at Darbar Sahib

AMRITSAR SAHIB, Punjab—25th martyrdom anniversary of Shaheed Bhai Harjinder Singh Jinda and Shaheed Bhai Sukhdev Singh Sukha was observed at Gurdwara Jhanda Bunga Sahib (situated with sanctum sanctorum Sri Harmandir Sahib) by the SGPC on October 9.Head Granthi of Sri Harmandir Sahib Giani Jagtar Singh said on this occasion whosoever tried to attack the sanctum sanctorum he/she was brought to justice by the Sikh community. He added that the Sikh community could never repay the sacrifices made by Shaheed Bhai Harjinder Singh Jinda and Shaheed Bhai Sukhdev Singh Sukha.
Bhai Bhupinder Singh Bhinda (brother of Shaheed Bhai Harjinder Singh Jinda), Bibi Balwinder Kaur (sister of Shaheed Bhai Harjinder Singh Jinda) and Bibi Simarjit Kaur (niece of Shaheed Bhai Sukhdev Singh Sukha) were honoured with ‘Siropao’ (robe of honour) by Head Granthi Giani Jagtar Singh on this occasion.
Dal Khalsa’s President S. Harpal Singh Cheema, Dal Khalsa’s Spokesperson S. Kanwarpal Singh, S. Jarnail Singh Sakhira, Bhai Ajaib Singh Abhiasi, Bhai Nirmal Singh, Bhai Sarabjit Singh Ghuman, Bhai Manjit Singh Bhoma, S. Karnail Singh Peer Mohammad, S. Satnam Singh Kanda and others were present on this occasion.
