Azam Khan Hits Out at Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, Says Devils do Not Celebrate Eid

New Delhi, March 16: Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan on Friday hit out at Yogi Adityanath and RSS saying that a government can be formed on the basis of hatred but can not run. The senior SP leader also lashed out at UP CM over his Anti-Eid remark and stated,"Shaitan eid nahi manata (Devils do not celebrate Eid).
"Agar aap humare ghar sewayi nahi khayenge toh aapka ghujiya kaun khayega (Who will eat your ghujiyas if you won't eat sewayi at our house)," Khan attacked CM Yogi.
Responding to Azam Khan's statement against Yogi Adityanath, BJP MLA Ramesh Diwakar on his Facebook wall wrote,"Those who do not celebrate Holi and Deepawali, who do not go to the temples are Maha Shaitan (Devil).
Earlier this month, CM Yogi on the floor of the house that he was a Hindu and he had no reason to celebrate Eid. "And I am proud of it," the chief mainister had said while recalling his earlier response to a journalist when asked after celebrating Diwali in Ayodhya and Holi in Vrindavan, where was he going to celebrate Eid?.
