Burail Jail authorities might kill me, says Bhai Jagtar Singh Tara

CHANDIGARH, Punjab—Appearing before the additional session judge Kanwaljit Singh Bajwa on April 21 via video conference, political Sikh prisoner Bhai Jagtar Singh Tara told the Court that the Burail jail officials might eliminate him like Bhai Harminder Singh Mintu. He even named the six Burail jail officials including Superintendent S.K Jain, Deputy Jail Superintendent Pramod Khatri, head wardens of Burail jail Kishan and Dharampal, wardens Dipak Kumar and Dr. Neena Chaudhary before the Court who he said were concorting a fresh plan to punish Sikh activists lodged in prison.
Bhai Jagtar Singh Tara said this while appearing before the Court in a case registered against him in November-2014 in Bathinda.
Sikh24 has learnt that Bhai Jagtar Singh Tara has also moved an application before the Court seeking protection during his personal appearance before the Court on May 11. 
It is pertinent to note here that Bhai Jagtar Singh Tara had fallen victim to severe back-pain due to excessive torture of Police. In past, he had to struggle hard to get proper ailment for back-pain. He had to lodge a petition with the United Nations seeking treatment for back pain after being point blank ignored by jail authorities and superiors in March 2017.
