For every minor misdemeanor state ARRESTS, for rest state RESTS

Largest_Organized_Criminals

Every passing day we look around and keep finding ever growing examples of increasing ‘domestic legal terrorism’ by state where they snap anyone’s ‘freedom to live’ free and quality life, just like that.
While i have several examples however, starting with some that really show the audacity of state AGAINST humanity in INDIA. Lets compare the TWO out of many new, one committed by state and other committed by simple citizen.
Here we find a simple misdemeanor of a student cheating in exam
a.     A GIRL student TOPPER from STATE of india was charged by STATE on CHEATING and subsequently ARRESTED immediately On June 7, a case against four “topper” students Ms. Ruby Rai, Saurabh Shresth, Rahul Kumar and Shalini Rai was lodged by an Education department official Rajeev Ranjan Prasad Singh with the Kotwali police station in Patna for “forgery and cheating.” “The case has been lodged against four students under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the IPC,” said Kotwali police official Ramesh Kumar Singh.
b. LIVE example a omplaint by WOMEN based on statement alone “He pushed me & other women, abused us. We want a case against Dinesh Mohaniya, he should be arrested,” the complainant told ANI.
Resulting into arrest of more than 65 leaders after they protested against the STATE ostensible arrest   however,  the caveat in above unique case is that in above case the arrested are part of the SYSTEM that run ‘domestic legal terrorism’ due to some internal rift and political rivalry they were arrested otherwise its next to IMPOSSIBLE in india to arrest a RULER (elected official).
