1.    Held an Exceptional Personality Guilty-The Salman Khan: to generalise to bring aware and deterrence in the larger interest, otherwise, such cases are countless not reported or not registered against politicians, bureaucrats, police, rich money powers from majority etc  normally at all in India.
2.    “Sending cases to jail, judge said, and “...because people look up to him" "Since the accused is a film star, people follow him and look up to him. And the way he killed innocent deer, and because there is rampant poaching...," said the judge, explaining his decision”.
3.    The prosecution story is contradictory, not believable at all as some accused stand acquitted like similar cases always happened and happens in Indian courts and the result finally be in acquittal before the election year-2019 likely to be happened in case of Salman Khan after harassing and humiliating him as Muslim as usual happening with the minorities in India.
4.    The recoveries and the arrest place of accused etc in criminal cases are always manipulated, false and fabricated daringly and openly confess the higher upright and dignified police officials in India. Once the prosecution story on such manipulated, false and fabricated facts as to how the courts are convicting the accused in India.
5.    Who are conspiring with the manipulated, false and fabricated prosecution stories...better said less, but normally Indians, professionals etc prefer to be silent and cooperative with such prosecution stories under the pressure of police in India.
6.    The Judges and the government of India might have already conveyed the message privately possibly to Salman Khan and Muslims in the large scale as to attract them-Muslims as their vote bank before the election in year-2019 in favour of particular party, as general elections to be held in India in the year-201
