PRESIDENT OF INDIA, PRANAB MUKHERJEE'S IMPROMPTU-SPONTANEOUS ADDRESS:
1. "Nowhere in the world will you find so much diversity as in India," and President of India, Pranab Mukherjee clearly and intelligently advised to maintain your, “Regional Identity” under the Constitution (RULE OF LAW), during his address.
2. What does it mean when President of India, Pranab Mukherjee surprisingly chose to speak impromptu-spontaneous, unprepared, unrehearsed, spur-of-moment, unplanned and added "Being a fellow Calcuttan and being a son of the soil I believe I must frankly express some of the views from my heart. If I have hurt any sentiments I apologise for it,"?

4. Amidst the raging debate over growing intolerance in the country, President of India, Pranab Mukherjee on Saturday, 01 April 2017 once again reiterated the need for free speech and embracing liberal ideas in order to create a "sensitive and alive citizenry".
5. "Let hundreds of ideas blossom in universities and let there be debate, not confrontation," he went on to say. "Accept criticism as argument and not as intolerance."
6. "There are 200 languages spoken in India across its length and breath. All major seven religions are practised in India. Nowhere in the world will you find so much diversity," President of India, Pranab Mukherjee said.
7. One of the most Learned and experienced politicians, who are understanding the spoiled system fully earlier and presently, President of India, Pranab Mukherjee in his address at the 52nd Convocation of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta (KOLKATA) said, “Let there be debate, dissent but never intolerance,” and also highlighted, “Invoking Amartya Sen (Amartya Kumar Sen is currently the Thomas W. Lamont University Professor at Harvard. He was awarded the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences in 1998 and India's Bharat Ratna in 1999 for his work in welfare economics) in his speech, President of India, Pranab Mukherjee said "Indians can be called argumentative but never intolerant".
