Who will answer the questions about Sikh definition?

Was Sikh Leadership failed to define Sikh so far in view of the only Sikh holy, the Guru Granth Sahib?
 Are all followers of the only Sikh holy, the Guru Granth Sahib not Sikhs?
Are the baptised Sikhs or Amritdhari Sikhs not the most divided-splinter groups within Sikhs than Non-baptised Sikhs?
Are the baptised Sikhs or Amritdhari Sikhs not following different Sikh Maryadas-Code of Conducts within Sikhs based on different Deras, Taksals, and sects-Sections different than Sri Akal Takhat Sahib Sikh Maryada-Code of Conduct?
Is following the different Sikh Maryadas-Code of Conducts not the gross violation of the teachings of only Sikh holy, the Guru Granth Sahib?
Should there be any place like so-called “Sehajdhari” word in ‘Sikh definition’ in view of the teachings of only Sikh holy, the Guru Granth Sahib?
Are the teachings of only Sikh holy, the Guru Granth Sahib only applicable only for the Sikhs under so-called man made Sikh definitions?
Is so-called and dummy Sikh leadership now not playing with the Sikh religious sentiments by hook and crook-by all impious means since long for their ulterior motives as being experienced badly?
Are Sikhs being taught and made to follow different definitions  through Act and like so called the Sikh Gurdwaras (Amendment) Bill 2016 and by the courts interpretations at  the instance of  central governments in connivance with dummy Sikh leadership now also for the  reasons  best known to them?
Was it all not a tactical move always to divide Sikhs under the garb of different Sikh definitions at the instance of anti-Sikh forces in an open connivance with dummy Sikh leadership prevailing elsewhere especially in Punjab and India now?
Are Sikhs helpless religiously and otherwise under the circumstances and the system?
