A.     WOULD THE PRINCIPLES ENSHRINED IN ALL RELIGIONS TO BE CODIFIED-SORT SOMETHING INTO ORGANIZED SYSTEM OR CODE-TO ARRANGE THINGS ESPECIALLY LAWS, RULES OR PRINCIPLES INCLUDING DRASTIC AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA FOR THE PURPOSE TO MAKE IT MEANINGFUL, PRACTICAL AND EFFECTIVE TO REMOVE DISPARITIES- A LACK OF EQUALITY BETWEEN PEOPLE OR THINGS AND UNLIKENESS: DISSIMILARITY OR INCONGRUITY: SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT SEEM FIT IN WITH OR BE APPROPRIATE TO ITS CONTEXT (AFTER THE AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA AS REQUESTED)?
B.     THE UNORGANIZED PRICIPLES OF ALL RELIGIONS WOULD BE CODIFIED OR THE ONLY POLITICS TO BE PLAYED IN INDIA UNDER THE GARB OF THE UNORGANIZED PRINCIPLES ENSHRINED IN ALL RELIGIONS IN INDIA AND OUTSIDE! C.      THE RELIGION AND OR THE SCRIPTURES, BELIEFS, TRADITIONS, SMRITIES AND UNTOUCHABILITY IN HINDUS: THE PRINCIPLES ENSHRINED THEREIN ARE AN OPEN VIOLATION THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA AND HUMANITY- HUMANITY MEANS: THE QUALITIES OR CHARACTERISTICS CONSIDERED AS A WHOLE TO BE CHARACTERISTIC OF HUMAN BEINGS.

Is that party with brutal majority not as a group now, ‘FUNDAMENTAL, THAT’S DISCRIMINATORY-BIASED, PREJUDICED, UNFAIR and INEQUITABLE’? Discriminatory Means:  Treating a person or group unfairly, especially because of prejudice about race, ethnicity, age, religion, or gender.
Article 17 of the Constitution Of India Directly Counters all Hindu Scriptures, Beliefs, Traditions and Smrities (The related to or affected the underlying principles or structure of something-The Scriptures, Beliefs, Traditions and Smrities Followed Directly and or Indirectly By That Party) During Elections In India Also , So Far As ‘UNTOUCHABILITY’ Is Concerned:
Thus, Both Articles 14 and 17 Of The Indian Constitution Have No Meaning But Were Intended Only For External Propaganda.
