By Balbir Singh Sooch-Sikh Vichar Manch*

“Hindu Aggressive Nationalism by “Aggressive Hindu Radicals” in India now”

As to why the government of India fumes on arguments that India reduced to “Concentration Camp” and “Totalitarian Regime”?
"THE ‘Constitutional Commission’ is required to be set up in India to remove and avoid an ambitious situation of mindless killings and the violation of human rights at will as a part and or independently as a result of ‘state repression and intolerance’ and the same are happening in the name of “Hindu Aggressive Nationalism by “Aggressive Hindu Radicals” in India now”; Prayed by Balbir Singh Sooch-Sikh Vichar Manch.

THE describing India as a “concentration camp”: A concentration camp is a prison in which large numbers of ordinary people are kept in very bad conditions, usually during a war. Courtesy by: collinsdictionary. Com
4.
Concentration Camp Definition : A place in which large numbers of people, especially political prisoners or members of persecuted minorities, are deliberately imprisoned in a relatively small area with inadequate facilities, sometimes to provide forced labour or to await mass execution. The term is most strongly associated with the several hundred camps established by the Nazis in Germany and occupied Europe 1933–45.
5.
Does describing India as a “concentration camp” openly amount to “Sedition”,  Sedition” -A conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch or incitement of discontent or rebellion against a government or any action, especially in speech or writing, promoting such discontentor (discontented-dissatisfied, unhappy, restless, misconduct, disgruntled: feeling mildly unhappy and dissatisfied) rebellion?
6.
What could be answer in view of definition of “Sedition”?Sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organization that tends toward insurrection against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontenting (or resistance) to lawful authority. Sedition may include any commotion, though not aimed at direct and open violence against the laws. Seditious words in writing are seditious libel. A seditionist is one who engages in or promotes the interests of sedition”? Courtesy by: Wikipedia
7.
A totalitarian regime definition: A totalitarian regime crushes all: Totalitarian: Of, relating to, being, or imposing a form of government in which the political authority exercises absolute and centralized control over all aspects of life, the individual is subordinated to the state, and opposing political and cultural expression is suppressed: “A totalitarian regime crushes all autonomous institutions in its drive to seize the human soul” courtesy by yourdictionary . com.
8.
The Parliaments and legislative bodies around the world impose certain rules and standards during debates. Tradition has evolved that there are words or phrases that are deemed inappropriate for use in the legislature whilst it is in session. In a Westminster system, this is called unparliamentary language and there are similar rules in other kinds of legislative system. This includes, but is not limited to the suggestion of dishonesty or the use of profanity. The most prohibited case is any suggestion that another member is dishonourable. So, for example, suggesting that another member is lying is forbidden. Exactly what constitutes unparliamentary language is generally left to the discretion of the Speaker of the House. Again question arises, ‘INDIA: “Concentration Camp” AND “Totalitarian Regime” OR Else what? Balbir Singh Sooch raised the questions?
10.
In the light of above, the arguments in the Supreme Court of India may also be referred to understand the prevailing circumstances-period now in India:
11.
“The NDA government today took strong exception to petitioners in Aadhaar case describing India as a “concentration camp”, leading to a spat between Attorney General KK Venugopal and senior counsel Shyam Divan in the Supreme Court.
12.
As the hearing was about to end after a three-judge Bench suggested to the petitioners and the government to approach Chief Justice of India JS Khehar to set up a Constitution Bench at the earliest, Venugopal said, “I have strong objection to the petitioners describing India as a concentration camp. How can they say India is a concentration camp?”
13.
“I reiterate it,” said Divan. “When citizens have been reduced to numbers and tags, what else it is, if not a totalitarian regime?” he shot back.
14.
As Venugopal said such language should not be used, the Bench headed by Justice J Chelameswar said it could intervene only if someone used unparliamentary language. “It is unparliamentary language,” the Attorney General said and went on to add that a senior advocate should avoid using such language.” An extract from ‘Petitioners say India reduced to ‘concentration camp’; Government fumes’: Courtesy by THE TRIBUNE, CHANDIGARH.
15.
Under prevailing the circumstances in India and in view of the arguments advanced before Hon’ble the Supreme Court of India may finally decide and conclude unambiguously any time as to what are amount to “Concentration Camp” AND “Totalitarian Regime” and in the light of this and or such arguments, discussions etc what is and what is meant by “Unparliamentary Language” or Are such or similar accusations like “Sedition” only pressure tactics to silent the voice of the opponents and the opposition in India?

Prayer:
To conclude, the ‘Constitutional Commission’ is required to be set up in India to remove and avoid an ambitious situation of mindless killings and the violation of human rights at will as a part and or independently as a result of ‘state repression and intolerance’ and the same are happening in the name of and under the garb of “Hindu Aggressive Nationalism by “Aggressive Hindu Radicals” in India now”
