3.      I think that it is about time the GOI instructs Indian Embassies to warn European and N. American tourists about the pitfalls of visiting India. I suggest that with each tourist visa, a pamphlet be provided to tourists with the text below in it.
4.      WARNING TO TOURISTS: CAUTION: GOVERNMENT SANCTIONED LYNCHING IN FORCE FOR FOLLOWING OFFENCES:

5.      Eating beef - you are certain to be lynched !
6.      Eating / carrying meat which can be misconstrued as beef - lynching likely !! 7.      Wearing leather shoes, belts etc. which can indicate that you have caused the slaughter of cows - you may be lynched!
8.      Standing near cows or cattle - you may be suspected of being a cattle smuggler and will certainly be lynched !
9.      The Government of India takes no responsibility for any cattle and beef related violence you may face. The government will not prosecute people who may attack you because of your culinary preferences.
