A.     Mother tongue First and English language as Link Language Then May Be Any Language (s) of liking in India! The combination could be acceptable to all Indians.
B.      ‘Mother tongue’ First and ‘English language’ as a Link Language Are Gladly Acceptable in India: Why To Force or Impose Anything Else As compulsory on All Indians?
C.      In view of the following definition (s) and benefits of mother tongue, the mother tongue must be first and then any language (s), but presently locally and internationally ‘English language’ being as a rich language easily being accepted as a link language to communicate- English-speakers from around the world are able to communicate with one another with relative ease all over in the world.
1.      The language which a person has grown up speaking from early childhood
2.      Sometimes, the term "mother tongue" or "mother language" is used for the language that a person learned as a child at home (usually from their parents). Children growing up in bilingual homes can, according to this definition, have more than one mother tongue or native language
3.      A second language is any language that one speaks other than one's first language.
