QUESTION AND TOP COMMENT:
ANSWER:
Respected Abhishek Ji,
ਭਾਰਤੀ ਡੇਰਾਵਾਦ ਦੀ ਅਪਰਾਧੀ ਦਾਸਤਾਨ ਤੇ ਸਿਆਸਤ
An observation and opinion by: Balbir Singh Sooch-Sikh Vichar Manch
“What crime calls for death penalty? He has done everything, rape, murders, riots and harm to public property... What else is required for death penalty?” TOP COMMENT by Abhishek:TOI
1. Did Gurmeet Ram Rahim not patronage-backing of the politicians irrespective of any political party, the police, the central and state agencies, the gangsters and the system matter?
2. Were the politicians irrespective of any political party, the police, the central and state agencies, the gangsters and the system matter innocent and having no knowledge about Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s KINGDOM?
3. Had all, ‘such politicians irrespective of any political party, the police, the central and state agencies, the gangsters and the system matter’ been held guilty and punished?
4. The Learned Judge, the Special CBI judge in Panchkula Jagdeep Singh must have kept all these circumstances and factors in mind before preferring them-accused to award only life term rather than death penalty.

Shameful act-National Human Rights Commission failed to act. Why?
http://sikhvicharmanch.com/
|1. The so-called Babas in India are product of Central agencies, politicians and administrators including police of corrupt and spoiled system.
2. Who prevented the National Human Rights Commission (Full Commission) to remain undecided and inclusive to fix the responsibility for the shameful act in the cases in view of the prevailing menace throughout India?
