Rude People Do Not Understand Soft Language: लातों के भूत बातों से नहीं मानते: Laaton Ke Bhoot Baaton Se Nahin Maanate: It means ‘People who can't understand or handle the simple situation will better understand when a action is taken’ AND “Laaton ke bhoot baaton se nahi mante” is an age old saying in Hindi language which means that people who have a habit of not paying attention to words or things until a certain action is taken towards them, remain to be the same later too. They live on with that habit and force the person in front to take on the particular course of action. Is it applicable for all Indians including Indian rulers?

 Will our PM Modi justify today, Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 8 PM in his address to  the nation over the issue of the coronavirus outbreak, a global pandemic including about ‘JANATA CURFEW’ Now As ‘CURFEW’ ” that whatever he said on Thursday, March 19, 2020, “PM Modi warned people against hoarding and panic buying.”I want to reassure that all steps are being taken to ensure that the supply of milk, medicines and food does not stop. Do not hoard, be sensitive towards the need of others," he said”?

B.      “First of all, PM said less via PM’S ‘Janata Curfew’, but it does convey more than he said in face of as India is still a developing country, can’t afford much financially in emergency to Indians and due to the widespread  corruption and when the most of the politicians are corrupt in the corrupted Indian system.
C.      To my mind, PM’s Intention can’t be doubted to change the ‘Orthodox Indians and their outdated Beliefs’ via PM’S ‘Janata Curfew’ as a test, but PM as a politician and the Head of executive can’t say all this in plain language- ‘Plain language is communication your audience can understand the first time they read or hear it’ to his voters and or to the ‘Orthodox Indians’.
1.      Is the following direction not a pointer towards the ‘Orthodox Indians and against their Beliefs’?
(i)    “For the last few days, it looks like if we are safe from coronavirus. This belief is not right. Hence, it is very important for every Indian to remain aware and alert."
2.      The Request of PM or the government is/must always be taken as an ‘ORDER’ and that’s must also required for the success of PM’S ‘Janata Curfew’ and it is not like that, self- imposed by Janata means SELF–IMPOSED is required by Janata of Janata not given to Janata by via PM’S ‘Janata Curfew’:
(i)     As citizens, people need to strengthen their resolve to follow the advisories issues by state and central governments to fight coronavirus. Restraint is compulsory to protect ourselves and remain healthy. I request that for the coming weeks people should go out of their homes only if essential… I request the NCC, NSS, civil societies, and others to help enforce the curfew. I request all youth services to help make people aware of the curfew over the next two days."
(ii)      Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced that on March 22nd (Sunday), 1.3 billion Indians will have to (Here have to means an ORDER) head for a self imposed curfew (Janata curfew) from 7 am to 9 pm. “It is a curfew by the public and for the public,” said Modi during his address to the nation on March 19, 2020”. Have people obeyed the Janata Curfew continued or Lockdown in India? If was not obeyed why?

In the light of all above, “who is what?
And in the context, “Rude People Do Not Understand Soft Language: लातों के भूत बातों से नहीं मानते: Laaton Ke Bhoot Baaton Se Nahin Maanate”, will our Learned PM Modi to justify to whom today, , Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 8 PM in his address to  the nation over the issue of the coronavirus outbreak, a global pandemic including with ifs and buts- ifs and buts – just to make sure the job is done by the States responsibly about ‘JANATA CURFEW’ Now As ‘CURFEW’ in India.

AND
PM Modi may reassure that all steps are being taken and must also be taken by the States to ensure that the supply of milk, medicines and food does not stop. Do not hoard, be sensitive towards the need of others."
  Otherwise, the strict action shall be taken against the guilty Indians as well as the States in the matter in view of the old saying, “Rude People Do Not Understand Soft Language: लातों के भूत बातों से नहीं मानते: Laaton Ke Bhoot Baaton Se Nahin Maanate” and with warning note that’s to be followed. Isn’t?
