Sometimes, I as an Advocate, remained counsel of the gunmen like of commandoes of such proudly politicians etc, they remained under the shadow of  the gunmen like of commandoes  + or - throughout their life as our Panjabi leaders, it may also be similar  and applicable in other states of India.
  To know more, you have to understand the latest history of Vikas Dubay and the connected encountered acted and of such heroes of his men, to whom;
  He was hoping at the last moment that their remaining men-gangsters including his men in administration and politics quickly act for to protect and save him, but all in vain and all proved as a spent force in the field of nexus of the politicians, the administration in case of an open killing of Vikas Dubay as widely reported the matter and continuing so against the rule of law in India.
  The enacted drama for, “The gangsters including his men in administration and politics quickly supposed to act for to protect and save him, but all in vain, failed and proved as a spent force in the field of nexus of the politicians, the administration” would show likely lawless in India as the gamesters hereafter alert against the lawlessness and it is worth mentioning here as such as circumstances being changed:

 Look Vikas Dubay’s last impressions to outward his men, saying, “‘Main Vikas Dubey hoon, Kanpur wala’: UP gangster shouts after arrest for whom? Nobody came to his rescue and he was murdered soon:
 No one came to save him and he was murdered, not encountered, let the any top level inquiries findings may be, but all to hush the matter with findings and warning note not to repeat such encounters in our welfare state of India as an international propaganda.
 What could be fun always in India?
 Is the murder of Vikas Dubay the relief for his remaining men-gangsters including his men in administration and the politics? 
 No-doubt, the gunmen like of commandoes to keep necessary as social status and the  symbol of importance among the politicians especially of the illiterates leaders, who are in fear from their own community and has not seen their free movement like me and non-corrupt  people in India. Why?
 I am trying to recollect an incident, I was engaged as an counsel by the gunmen, like of commandoes of a politician, in his personal case, he did honestly paid me some fee, but never paid my remaining fee after hearing my sincere advice to him after knowing from him the atmosphere of the politician for him and the politician of family including school going children remained in his-their lap day and night without or with the knowledge of the politician, who;
 The politician never slept without consuming costly intoxicants like the opium is the best suited time for them and the entire family of the politician was at the mercy of the gunmen like of commandoes in their lap as he alleged.
 Are ‘the without a man or men, qualities’ of projected our Sikh leaders or similar leaders in India, are honestly men and or may be respected females are as leaders in India, may be facing all this?

  Because I, as Balbir Singh Sooch-Sikh Vichar Manch always happened to be coward in their field, they are doing all  for the betrayal in the larger interest of humanity under the garb of politics like many inhuman thinkers did wrote and play in the world history of politics.
