 The Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh was a signing authority, and he was not decision making authority, and, he ruled India as PM of India, now can say for ten years as an un-elected member democratically in so-called democracy of India, and, be-fooled all the elected supreme politicians because of his patience, tolerance, silence and giving free hand to the most corrupts, rightly said, ‘first  he learned from ‘Manmohan’s fear of a Narasimha Rao’, and now from the coterie of Sonia Gandhi and his family especially  Rahual Gandhi.

 As to how the most corrupts, the criminals and the henchmen and the coterie of Sonia Gandhi and of his family especially Rahual Gandhi should have ever accepted the advice of the modern Philosopher King of India.
