  ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਲ ਵਿਚ ਨਹਿਰੂੱ ਨੇ ਪਾਇਆ ਗੁਲਾਮੀ ਦਾ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਟੱਲ
  ਜੇ ਇਹ ਤਿੰਨ ਬਨਾਰਸੀ ਠੱਗ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ, ਸਿੱਖ ਵਿਰਸੇ,ਕੱਦਰਾਂ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਦਾ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਵੀਧਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਣ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਲੜਾਈਆਂ ਝੱਗੜੇ ਨਾਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੁੰਦੇ, ਅੰਗਰੇਜਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦੇ ਤੀਸਰੇ ਮਾਲਿਕ ਮੰਨ ਕਿ ਵੀਟੋ ਪਾਵਰ ਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ. ਨਹਿਰੂੱ,ਗਾਂਧੀ  ਹਰਾਮਖੋਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਨਾਲ ਝੂੱਠੇ ਵਾਹਦੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਤੁਸੀ

 British left india.Bandit Nehru rounded up Sikhs in the constitution as class and section of Hindus.refused to recognize Sikhism as distinct independent religion.sikh leadership rejected didn't sign the constitution because it doesn't give  Sikhs freedom of choice,freedom to religion.  
           secular freedom is denied.
 Article 25.Right to freedom of religion.  This is no small legislative error.they inserted clause[b] Exp 2 to enveloped Sikhs in to the fold of Hinduism. by very clever virtue of this legislative definition.
 clause [b] providing for social welfare and reform or the throwing open of hindu religious institutions of a public character to all classes and sections of hindus.
 Explanation 2.  in sub clause[b]of clause[2] the reference to hindus shall be construed as including a reference to persons professing the Sikh.Jainas or Buddhist religion.and the reference to hindu religious institutions shall be construed accordingly.
