  The keys of the kingdom.British Gov recognized only three communities of india Hindus,Muslims and Sikhs as rightfull owner of the land. and each one was given veto power to protect their interest.on june 3.1947 in a historic meeting in viceroy's house lord mountbatten secured the agreement of the indian leadership to free india.for congress Nehru,patel and kriplani and for muslim league mohd Ali jinah, liquat Ali khan and Rab nastar.and for the Sikhs sardar Baldev singh.in the centre lord mountbatten and his two key advisor.when Lord Mounbatten open the transfer of power documents. there was no special status share for the Sikhs.which Nehru,gandhi promised the Sikhs.Baldev singh got up and started  shouting at Nehru.you this and that, you liar you cheated us.
Lord mountbatten intervened and said let's make it work.nehru offered defence post to cool him down.Bandit Nehru and congress not only refused to give Sikhs autonomous special status in india which they promised them.they even rounded them up in the constitution as class and section of hindus.

Below is a discussion of  political situations which led to to present subjugation and serfdom of Sikhs.
We will find that most of the (current Sikh) leaders committed three fundamental mistakes. 
(1) Firstly, they trusted the Hindu leaders without in writing for Autonomous status in india. and thus lost the political advantage for the Sikh Nation which they could have derived from the then existing situation. They forgot too soon the lesson  learnt from the betrayal of the Sikhs the Dogra and Poorbia Brahmins after the death
 of Maharaja Ranjit  Singh.
  (2) Secondly Sikh leadership showed lack of capacity of political wisdom a shrewdness in totally distrusting the Muslims by aligning with whom they could have manipulated the political advantage for the Sikh Nation and
thereby created autonomous or independent Sikh state.
[3] Sikh leadership failed to lobby and develop cosy relationship with the British. for the return of their Sikh
kingdom back to Sikhs.

ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਲ ਵਿਚ ਨਹਿਰੂੱ ਨੇ ਪਾਇਆ ਗੁਲਾਮੀ ਦਾ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਟੱਲ,  ਹਿੰਦ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਨੀਵਾਂ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਤੇ ਖਿਲਾਵੜ ਕੀਤਾ.
  Sikh Articles of Faith. are registered,certificated under Hindu religious Laws in india. this is no small legislative
error. they inserted clause[b] Exp 2 to enveloped Sikhsin to the fold of Hinduism. by very clever virtue of this legislative definition.  clause [b] providing for social welfare and reform or the throwing open of hindu religious institutions of a public character to all classes and sections of hindus.Explanation 1.the wearing and carrying of kirpans shall be deemed to be includedin the profession of the Sikh religion. ਕਿਰਪਾਨਾਂ ਰੱਖਣ ਤੇ ਪਹਿਨਣ ਦਾ ਜੋ ਅਜਾਦ ਦਰਜਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ. ਹੁਣ ਦੇਖੋ ਇਹ ਛੈਤਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਖੋਹ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ. ਇਸ ਅਜਾਦ ਦਰਜੇ ਨੂੰ Explanation 2  ਉਦੋਂ ਨਿੱਗਲ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ.ਜਦੋਂ  EXPlanation 2 ਇਹ ਕਹਿਣਾਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ. ਕਿ ਕਲਾਜ ਬੀ ਵਿਚ ਜੋ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਹਵਾਲੇ Hindu reference ਹਨ. ਉਹ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਉਪਰ ਭੀ ਲੱਗਣਗੇ.ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਧਰਮ ਦੀ ਲਪੇਟ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ.ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਹਿੰਦੂਆ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਕਲਾਸ ਹੋਣ ਵਜੋਂ ਹੀ ਸਿਰਫ ਕਿਰਪਾਨਾਂ  ਰੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਪਹਿਣ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ.ਸਿੱਖ ਅਜਾਦ ਹੱਸਤੀ ਅਜਾਦ ਹੋਂਦ status ਵਜੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ.
Explanation 2.  in sub clause[b]of clause[2] the reference to hindus shall be construed as including a reference to persons professing the Sikh.Jainas or Buddhist religion.and the reference to hindu religious institutions shall be construed accordingly.

ਹੈ    in clause [b] ਇਨ ਕਲਾਜ ਬੀ ਵਿਚ ਤਹਿਤ ਜੋ all classes and sections ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ,Hindu reference  ਦਿਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ. ਉਹ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਉਪਰ ਭੀ ਲੱਗਣਗੇ.ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ  ਸਿੱਖ  ਹਿੰਦੂ ਧਰਮ ਦੀ ਲਪੇਟ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ.ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਦੀ ਨਿਰਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਹੋਂਦ  ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਾ ਦੀ ਅਜਾਦੀ ਦਾ ਭੋਗ ਪਾ ਦਿਤਾ ਗਿਆ.ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਨੂੰ ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ,  ਰੈਫਰੈਂਸ ਅਧੀਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਹੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਸਨਲ ਲਾਅ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਰਹਿਤ ਮਰੀਯਾਦਾ ਲਾਅ ਸਿੱਖਾ ਉਪਰ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਹਨ.ਸਿੱਖਾ ਦਾ ਪਰਸਨਲ ਲਾਅ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਅਨੰਦ ਮੈਰਿਜ ਐਕਟ 1909. ਨੂੰ ਹਿੰਦ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਲੀਡਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਲਾਇਕੀ ਨਾਲ 2012 ਵਿਚ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਮੈਰਿਜ ਐਕਟ ਅਧੀਨ,ਮਹਿਤੈਤ under Hindu references ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ .ਰਜਿਸਟਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨ 6 ਵਿਚ ਸਾਫ ਲਿਖ ਦਿਤਾ

 ਦੀ ਹਜੂਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਭੀ ਰਸਮ,ਕਾਰਜ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਵੋ. ਉਸ ਉਪਰ ਮਾਣਤਾ [Recognition]ਦੀ ਮੋਹਰ ਸਿਰਫ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਧਰਮ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਲੱਗੇਗੀ. ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ. ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਲੱਗਣ ਦਿਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਕਿਉ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਕਿਸਮਤ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਿਕ ਇਹ ਹਨ. ਹੁਣ  ਰਾਜ ਇਹਨਾ ਦਾ ਹੈ.  ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਦੀ ਬਰਾਬਰੀ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਰੇਦਾਰ ਹੈ.ਪਰ  Article 340 ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਹਿੰਦ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਤ ਲਿਖਵਾਉਣ ਤੇ ਦਸਣ ਫ਼ਾਰਮਾਂ ਵਿਚ. ਇਹ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਸਿੱਖਾ ਦੇ ਮੱਥੇ ਉਪਰ ਗੁਲਾਮੀ ਦਾ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਟਿੱਕਾ ਲਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ.ਔਰੰਗਜੇਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਾਲਸੀਆਂ ਭੀ ਇਹੋ ਹੀ ਸਨ.ਹਿੰਦ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿੱਪ ਦੀਆਂ ਘਰ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਮਿੱਠੀ ਜਹਿਰ ਪਾਲਸੀਆਂ ਇਕੋ ਹੀ ਹਨ.  ਹੁਣ ਖਾਕੀ ਨੀਕਰਾਂ ਵਾਲਿਓੁ ਸਿੱਖ ਲੀਡਰੋ. ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਦਾ

ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਪੁਛੇ. ਜਾਣਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੀ ਹੈ.ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਧਰਮ,ਵਿਰਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਵੀਧਾਨ ਇਕ ਅਜਾਦ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਆਪਣਾਂ ਸਿਰ ਉਚਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਜਤ ਮਾਣ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ. ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ. ਕਿਤਨਾ ਮਤਲੱਬ ਪਰਾਸਤ,ਘਟੀਆ ਸੋਚ ਬਿਆਨ ਹੈ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ. ਕਿਆ  ਉਦੋਂ ਇਹਦੇ ਭੱਖੜਾ ਲੜ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ. ਜਦੋਂ ਇਸਨੇ ਧਾਰਾ 25 ਲੂਹੀ ਸੀ .ਇਤਨਾਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਘਾਣ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਦਾ. ਜਦੋਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਲੀਡਰ ਬਲਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਰਨ ਵੇਲੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਪਰਾਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਨਿਕਲ ਰਹੇ.ਧਾਹਾਂ ਮਾਰ,ਮਾਰ ਕਿ  ਰੋ  ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ. ਅਸੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਨੂੰ ਨੂੱੜ ਕਿ ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ ਮੁਹਰੇ ਸੁੱਟ ਚੱਲੇ ਹਾਂ.subjugation and serfdom of Sikhs.
