Does it, “Forces will not talk, just deliver: Indian Air Force (IAF) Chief Air Chief Marshal Arup Raha, ”  mean and  also as big message to the countrymen that the politicians of all traditional parties and the government of India will talk, just not delivered so far?
The onus of guilt is and  was always attributed and shifted to the Indian armed forces and without respecting, hearing and accepting their issue and demand of One Rank, One Pension in totality pending and being ignored, intentionally and deliberately since more than forty (40) years for reasons best known to the ruling traditional parties in India.
And, now in the  threatening tone being said by the traditional parties and mainstream media in India that, “Agra, October 6, 2016.
The Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar today ruled out releasing the video footage of the army's surgical strikes across the LoC and questioned the "loyalty" of those who "doubt" the forces.
Describing the cross-LoC operation as "100 per cent perfect surgical strike", he said the borders of the country are secure under the Narendra Modi government.
Parrikar’s remarks at a function organized by the BJP in Agra to celebrate the strikes came a day after PM Narendra Modi had cautioned  with dire consequences to all  and as a cover up also against hysteria over the army action at a Cabinet meeting. Paprika warned that one has to remain vigilant against "certain elements ( to discard the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), now only party fights against the corrupt and the spoiled system of India prevailing so far politically) who do not owe their loyalty to the country completely".

 Is it something eyewash or true and correct as a message to innocent masses of India and have to be alert hereafter.

politicians-rulers of India and Pakistan including their secret agencies,
who matter) is learning lessons every time something happened anywhere in India and Pakistan due to their political reasons always.
Are the civilian politicians-rulers of India and Pakistan including their secret agencies as not consented parties to befool to innocent masses of India and Pakistan to suppress internal compulsions of their own so far,
intentionally and deliberately, conspiringly without the knowledge of their armed forces respectively.
