With due respect, I may be wrong to react  on your comment: ‘Please try to understand, State terrorism is Good terrorism, Public terrorism is Bad terrorism, State is Law-Maker, he can't be Law-Breaker.

 And my the reaction here is that you are directly and indirectly observing and defining good and bad terrorists within the definition of,‘The tyranny of the unelected tyrants and the tyranny of the elected tyrants faced by people in India’ and at the same time suggesting that if at all someone to become terrorist from the public, he must first associate with the elected tyrants, who are vital or main part of the State.

That’s what is going on in India including Punjab also as I and my family personally experienced this all and may remain prolonged similarly in the hands of “State terrorism is Good terrorism” according to  you as adjudged by me from your comment mentioned above.

(Reaction:- Respected S. Balbir Singh Sooch Ji, You are perfectly right, because you have faced the both types of terrorism yourself.
 I have understood the reality.
 Just like you the Kashmiri public is facing the both good and bad terrorism,(And are called terrorists).
 Similarly the public of Punjab faced both types of terrorism,since 1947 and facing till today.(Are called terrorists)
  Can Sushma swaraj tel, What is the name of this third type of terrorism ?
