PM MODI TARGETS REAL ESTATE ASSETS IN DRIVE AGAINST CORRUPTION SEEMS TOTALLY DOUBTFUL: SIKH VICHAR MANCH SAID.
By: Balbir Singh Sooch
Will the Corrupt Revenue Officials and the Top Indian Agencies Associated and Concerned All from Bottom to Top like Halqa Patwari, Petty Revenue Officials, and Collectors etc Provide Details of a Tax Loophole Used by The Wealthy to Buy Real Estate in Someone Else's Name by identifying them from within Their Jurisdiction as Part of Modi’s Campaign against Corruption?
Balbir Singh Sooch, while commenting being himself a Lawyer, has a long experience of dealing with executive and closely familiar with the ‘Revenue Administrative System’ fully protected by the political executive-Bosses
almost in each state respectively in India’ very much doubted that ‘Details of a Tax Loophole Used by The Wealthy to Buy Real Estate in Someone Else's Name by Identifying Them’ be successful for many reasons, like Halqa Patwari’s etc reports, land record is not available, record deteriorated-perished, need to be reconstructed, demarcation of total area is not possible and so on.
What to talk of identifying ‘NAME’, the Wealthy Buying Real Estate in Someone Else's Name?
And finally the Collectors of respective Districts in India endorse such reports and they would give  their finding that due to lack of shortage of expert staff  and the complications brought to notice, the ‘Details of a Tax Loophole Used by The Wealthy to Buy Real Estate in Someone Else's Name by Identifying Them’ are not possible at all.
Thus ‘PM Modi Targets Real Estate Assets in Drive against Corruption’ seems only a one of the political slogans and or for some other ulterior motives to extract favours from such ‘The Wealthy’ in kinds etc keeping always in mind elections in India. Isn’t?
