“If Sardar Gurmit Singh is having the views as quoted below in the context of the world religions in operation today, then ‘human rights should always outweigh religious rights.”

Though I am a common man and cannot give scholarly answer on the subject,
‘Should human rights always outweigh religious rights?
But as a layman, I personally consider that there should not be any religious rights minus human rights or at cost of human rights. As human rights and religious rights cannot and should not be separated or differ in
the context of human beings.
Frankly speaking, the real humans or whoever matter in the context of religions must opt to forget or ignore certain dictates from their respective religions in the world in the interest of oneness of humanity.
As Sardar Gurmit Singh, who might have rightly understood and wrote much in the light of Sikhism, so far I know him, he observed “Will someone find outwhat sorts of “Human Rights” are looked into by the High Commissioner for Human Rights operating under United Nations?
In fact, all religions have resorted to wars/battles, which means during any such struggle/killings, ‘Human Rights’ are always violated.”
Thanks for this healthy discussion.

Most religions ignore “Human Rights” But there is a religion, which does not violates “Human Rights” Which says “ Sarb Dharm me sraisht Dharm, Har ko Nam jap Nirmal Karm”
