CAN THOSE, WHO ARE ALLEGING THAT NRIs AS TERRORISTS AND PRO-KHALISTANIS, ARE THEY CAN CONCLUDE AND IDENTIFY INDIVIDUALLY AS TO WHO IS WHO?

AAM AADMI PARTY (AAP) is rightly condemning, those, whoever falsely crying and using the language to that effect that NRIs are terrorists, pro-khalistanis and radicals, on the ground for insulting the Punjabis settled abroad by branding the whole community as “terrorists”.
In fact, the totally surrendered and fully controlled and being falsely called terrorists, pro-khalistanis and radicals to terrorize the innocents at home and at the same time for insulting the Punjabis under the garb of the impotent-useless, so-called terrorists, pro-khalistanis and radicals kept staying-residing permanently within India especially in Punjab and or outside.
They, falsely called terrorists, pro-khalistanis and radicals are always working under the command of the traditional parties since long like and or as gangsters or in the shape of absconders at the instance of the secret agencies and the politically motivated the police of Punjab.
Such, the impotent-useless, so-called terrorists, pro-khalistanis and radicals kept staying-residing permanently within India especially in Punjab are also being misused in the elections in different styles and shapes to grab and divide the revolting votes against the traditional parties especially against the ruling party under garb and name of ‘TRULY PANTHIC VOTES’ for them especially for the benefit of the ruling traditional party and its friendly traditional party (The AAP leaders said that Sukhbir Badal had “secretly approached” PPCC president Capt Amarinder Singh) as is happening always and till today.
The impotent-useless, so-called terrorists, pro-khalistanis and radicals as to who are they?
“After the inhuman ‘National Policy and Strategy’ within and outside against Sikhs; The real question is whether a strategy of State Terrorism was adopted by the police; and the answer is unequivocally in the negative, then DGP of Punjab, KPS GILL wrote in the letter.
Thereafter, the falsely called terrorists, pro-khalistanis and radicals have the following categories:
The police strategy (inhuman 'National Policy and Strategy') against terrorists gave the latter four options.
The first three were conventional measures of response:
The possibilities of arrest* (meaning: take into custody, capture, detain, catch, take in for questioning, pick up etc), flight** (meaning: trip, journey, voyage, passage, crossing, go in a boat, travel by water, air travel, put out to sea etc to abroad), or armed*** (Meaning: fortified, carrying weapon, equipped, prepared etc) engagement.
The fourth option was offered in the later phases of the campaign:
The terrorists were told that, if they chose surrender**** (meaning: lay down your arms, admit defeat, submit, yield, give in, give up etc), they would be welcomed and embraced with warmth.
At first all surrenders took place in my presence and in some cases in the presence of the then Chief Minister.
But after a while the deluge became difficult to handle, and SSPs were authorised to accept surrenders. The largest number of surrenders was before SSP A.S. Sandhu. And yet, he was a "blood thirsty man"!
CATEGORIES OF TERRORISTS AND THE OFFICERS IN ALL BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT AND
ADMINISTRATION INVOLVED IN THE INHUMAN ‘NATIONAL POLICY AND STRATEGY’ MUST
BE IDENTIFIED BY A CONSTITUTIONAL COMMISSION FOR FACING JUSTICE,, THEN DGP

*Arrest meaning: take into custody, capture, detain, catch, take in for questioning, pick up etc
**Flight meaning: trip, journey, voyage, passage, crossing, go in a boat, travel by water, air travel, put out to sea etc to abroad
***Armed Meaning: fortified, carrying weapon, equipped, prepared
****Surrender meaning: lay down your arms, admit defeat, submit, yield, give in, give up etc
The Sikhs and others who were picked up spontaneously, unplanned manner surprisingly and later on killed, eliminated, liquidated, shown disappeared etc all including the given categories (the Punjab police not only used “cats but also rats, bats, camels and the ilk…..”) according to police are required to be identified by a 'Constitutional Commission' for facing justice and similar is the demand of former DGP K.P.S. GILL who clearly
says that no government shall agree and allow to come out truth about the strategy of State Terrorism.” The Extract is from the letter, ‘Text of K.P.S. Gill's letter to Prime Minister I.K. Gujral on the death of Ajit Singh Sandhu’.
NOW HOW AND WHAT TO CONCLUDE THAT WHO IS WHO?

Sikhs to Be Careful-Cautious, Vigilant, Watchful, Alert; So-called ‘Sarbat Khalsa’ organsiers have completed the
arrangement-display, layout to get youths killed.
Sikhs have been invited today at ‘Darbar Sahib, when all these organizers are confined in Jail.
Be cautious! You will hold guilty-at fault, in the wrong and you will also killed.
Humble entreaty-appeal, request, and plea in the name of God; today night remains in your homes.
Now, there is also no time-moment, stage, point, occasion to write more now”.

ਸਿੱਖੋ ਸੰਭਲੋ, ਅਖੌਤੀ ਸਰਬੱਤ-ਖਾਲਸਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਮਰਵਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸੱਦਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਦ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਰਤਾ-ਧਰਤਾ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿਚ ਬੰਦ ਹਨ। ਸੰਭਲੋ ਗਲਤ ਵੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹੀ ਬਣੋਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਮਰੋਗੇ ਵੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ। ਵਾਸਤਾ ਏ ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਅੱਜ ਰਾਤ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਰਹੋ। ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਲਿਖਣ ਦਾ ਵੇਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
