President Pranab Mukherjee addressed the nation on the eve of Republic Day 2017

1. President Pranab Mukherjee seems apparently suggested and disclosed his mind wisely in his ‘Speech On Eve Of Republic Day-2017’ that the Constitution of India ignored always and never implemented completely and
finally advised to ‘Fellow Citizens Including the Government of India ’ that We have to work harder because; We are all equal children before our mother; And our motherland asks each of us in whatever role we play; To do
our duty; With integrity, commitment and unflinching loyalty; To the values enshrined in our Constitution (of India).         Jai Hind!
2. President Pranab Mukherjee must have exerted and insisted to the Government of India that ‘Let him allow to conclude his Speech On Eve Of Republic Day-2017 at least, suggesting that with integrity, commitment and
unflinching loyalty; to follow the values enshrined in our Constitution of India, if the Constitution of India is to be ignored continuously and not to be implemented completely ever by the present government of India also.
3. President Pranab Mukherjee must have not read the totally prepared the ‘Speech On Eve Of Republic Day-2017’ by the cabinet-the government of India as it, proving himself only “RUBBER STAMP” when he used the language like with integrity-truth, uprightness, honor, honesty, reliability; commitment-steadfastness, determination and unflinching-fearless loyalty to follow the values enshrined in our Constitution in his ‘Speech On Eve Of Republic Day-2017’.

ਗਣਤੰਤਰ ਦਿਵਸ

ਯਾਦ ਆਇਆ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ
ਗਣਤੰਤਰ ਦਿਵਸ ਮੈਨੂੰ
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ!
ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਇਸ ਦਿਨ
ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ

ਫਿਰ ਕੀ ਹੋਇਆ?
ਬਤੌਰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹਵਾਈ ਸੈਨਿਕ
ਇੱਕ ਨਿਆਰੇ ਗੱਭਰੂ ਸਿੱਖ ਵਜੋਂ
ਚਾਲੀ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ
ਗਣਤੰਤਰ ਪਰੇਡ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ‘ਚ
ਬਤੌਰ ਚਾਨਣਮੁਨਾਰਾ ਹਵਾਈ ਟੁਕੜੀ
 ਦਾ ਬਣਿਆ ਸੀ ਮਾਰਕਰ

ਫਿਰ ਕੀ ਹੋਇਆ?
ਆਸਮਾਨੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਵਰਗੀ ਸੀ ਤੇਜੀ,
ਅਗਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਹੀ
1971 ਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਦਾ ਬਿਗਲ ਸੀ ਗਿਆ ਵੱਜ
ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ
ਬੁੱਢੀ ਬੇਬੇ ਮੱਥਾ ਲੱਗੀ ਚੁੰਮਣ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ
ਪੁੱਤ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੇ ਜਾਵਾਂ
ਪੁੱਤ ਜੇ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਮੈਂ ਵੀ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਵਾਰ

ਫਿਰ ਕੀ ਹੋਇਆ?
ਭੁੱਬੀਂ ਰੋਣ ਡਹਿ ਪਈ ਕਹਿੰਦੀ
ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਆਈ ਹਾਂ
ਕਈਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੇਣੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਾਨਾਂ ਵਾਰ
ਪੁੱਤ ਜੇ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਮੈਂ ਵੀ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਵਾਰ
ਭੁੱਬੀਂ ਰੋਦੀਂ ਕਹਿੰਦੀ ਰਹੀ
ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਆਈ ਹਾਂ
ਕਈਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੇਣੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਾਨਾਂ ਵਾਰ
ਪੁੱਤ ਜੇ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਮੈਂ ਵੀ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਵਾਰ

ਫਿਰ ਕੀ ਹੋਇਆ?
ਭੁੱਬੀ ਰੋਂਦੀਂ ਕਹਿੰਦੀ ਰਹੀ
ਮੈਂ ਬਦਕਿਸਮਤ! ਮੈਂ ਬਦਕਿਸਮਤ!
ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਕੇ
ਕਿਸਮਤ ਲਈ ਹੈ ਸੁਧਾਰ
ਬੇਬੇ ਦਾ ਜਜ਼ਬਾ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ
ਦਿਲ ਹੋਰ ਕਾਹਲਾ ਸੀ ਪੈ ਗਿਆ
ਕਦੋਂ ਉੱਡ ਜਾਵਾਂ ਕਰ ਬਾਰਡਰ ਪਾਰ
ਦੁਸ਼ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਵਾਂ ਮਾਰ

ਫਿਰ ਕੀ ਹੋਇਆ?
ਸੇਵਾ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ
ਲੋਕੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਈ ਆਏ ਬੇਸ਼ੁਮਾਰ
ਫੌਜੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਥੀਂ ਚੱੁਕੀ ਜਾਣ
ਇਉਂ ਲਗਦਾ ਸੀ!
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸਾਰਾ ਦੇਸ ਤਿਆਰ
ਸੇਵਾ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ
ਲੋਕੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਈ ਆਏ ਬੇਸ਼ੁਮਾਰ

ਫਿਰ ਕੀ ਹੋਇਆ?
ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰ ਮੰਗ ਲਏ
ਕੌਣ ਕੌਣ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਫੌਜਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ
ਅੱਗੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਦਿਓਗਾ ਜਾਨ ਵਾਰ
ਇਹ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਬੋਲਦਾ ਹੈ
ਕਿਵੇਂ ਇਹ ਨਿਆਰਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਗੱਭਰੂ!
ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ‘ਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਤਿਆਰ

ਫਿਰ ਕੀ ਹੋਇਆ?
ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਲੜਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਵਾ
ਜੋਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚੇ ਹੀ ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ
ਮਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਰ ਗਏ
ਸੌਦੇਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੁਲਕ ਲਿਆ ਸੰਭਾਲ!
ਹੁਣ ਦੇਖਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂ ਦੇਖਣਾ ਬਾਕੀ ਕੀ ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ?
ਫਿਰ ਕੀ ਹੋਇਆ ਜਾਂ ਕੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ?
ਜੋਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚੇ ਹੀ ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ
ਮਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਰ ਗਏ
ਸੌਦੇਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੁਲਕ ਲਿਆ ਸੰਭਾਲ!
