RE: The Socalled Head Ministers ?
It would be better if The Sikh Diaspora get rid of such Head Ministers as they are good for nothing. 
Due to their ignorance, there has been rapid decline amongst the Sikhs. Look at their knowledge:
·        In his Book: “Waheguru: Naam Abhiaas” by Head Minister Iqbal Singh, published in March 1996 and subsequent Editions wherein one can obtain boons by repeatedly reciting some lines;
·         Former Head Minister Puran Singh had declared that Sikhs are heirs of ‘Luv-Kush’; and his Raagi son is perhaps involved in some serious incident which may have resulted his imprisonment?
·        Former Head Minister Vedanti Joginder Singh had advised the Sikhs to recite ‘Gur Bilas Patshahi 6’ published in June 1998, though banned later on !
·        Current Head Minister Gurbachan Singh has started to propagate Bachiter Natak, the so called
Dasam Granth, which may have encouraged the Punjab Youth to resort to dangerous drugs, drinks, adultery and other crimes as late Virsa Singh of Gobind Sadan, Mehrauli, New Delhi, had provided its simple version in Punjabi !
