Kulbashan Yadev like him others kept in Pakistan and India deserve mercy wishing peace hereafter for humanity and all people of the world.
“Though it may not be denied that he was not involved in the process of intelligence operations, but such confessional statement (s) cannot be without duress or pressure in custody and are given only so “it is the truth and it is not under any duress or pressure” with the expectation of mercy in the committed or not committed offence and similar case has to be taken as granted by such Pakistanis offenders or innocents in India.
Method of extracting such confessional statement (s) in custody can be any…. “Not Relevant” when he/she is under any duress or pressure in custody???

“….I realised that I have been compromised in my process of intelligence operations, I decided to just end the mess I have landed myself in and just wanted to subsequently move on and cooperate with the authorities in removing complications which I have landed myself and my family members into, and whatever I am stating just now, it is the truth and it is not under any duress or pressure. I am doing it totally out of my own desire to mention and come clean out of this entire process which I have gone through last 14 years.”
