which regards sikhs under hindu references under hindu code[hindu rehat maryada] under hindu family laws.policies adopted under hindu references under explanation 2.thus sikhs lost and were denied thier independent religious identity in india. and sikhism is under the jackboot of hinduism in indian constitution.it is not a technical error it was done on purpose by the majority community leadership 1947.
