S.Tarlochan Singh Ji,  It is very kind of you to reply to my comments on Panthic issues and I appreciate your uninhibited response.With all due apologize I do want to make a few comments on the issues specially Original Nanakshahi Calendar of Sikh Nation published by SGPC in 1999.
1) You are great and did great things for Sikhs in India, and " you have written 2 books published by Minorities Commission ,and you may not be claiming to be the only one who achieved so many things concerning Sikhs, and never seek any favor from  (me) or anybody else."                              
In my opinion "NO GURSIKH SEEKS FAVORS FOR WORKING FOR ( SARBAT DA BHALA) - THE WELFARE OF ALL MOREOVER GURBANI REMIND US AGAIN AND AGAIN ,"Dunia Keean Vadaieean Agnee Meh Jaal;  OR (Dunia Keea Vadaieean Tai Baisantar Jaar_ (BURN THE PRAISES OF WORLD IN FIRE). 
2) I must respond to some of your concerns raised in your message. Normally, the civilized governments of the world appoint commissions of inquiry when injustices are perpetrated on Innocent citizens and harmed grievously, Such Commissions are appointed to find the truth and punish the guilty to dispense justice and restore confidence. However, it has been observed that Indian Government appoint such commissions of inquiry and manipulate the terms of reference to HIDE THE TRUTH AND PROTECT THE GUILTY. Thirty three years later and eleven commissions of inquiry on killings of Sikhs in 1984 and aftermath, the guilty are roaming free and JUSTICE DELAYED HAS BEEN JUSTICE DENIED. The whole world know this. You yourself was a member of commission on 2002 killings of Muslims in Maharashtra. There also a lady has to tell the world that facts were manipulated to distort the truth. I have written on this before and there is is no need to repeat the details that are already known. Sikhs are still rotting in Jails even after completing their sentences that were unfairly made against them. Yesterday I read Satnam Singh & Tejinderpal Singh who were tried in Pakistan and Indian courts for hijacking case protesting the unjust jailing of a Gursikh. Both have completed their Jail sentences in Pakistan and again in India. Now Indian courts practicing a Travesty of Justice by opening the case 36 years later is a charade only.On the contrary there are criminals who belong to Congress party committed Evil Crimes against human Dignity and are roaming free after 33 years and 11 commissions of Inquiry into Killings of innocent Sikhs in Delhi, Chhillar -Hond in Haryana, and other cities across So called Bharat. I have personal knowledge of people who suffered tremendously when the Police, Army and Politicians alike all helped the criminals instead of helping the victims. Now the official files of UK government on the Army Attack on Darbar Sahib has been released today that suggest the Direct Involvement of British Army in the 1984 Sikh Genocide. British under Thatcher again Betrayed Sikhs.There is a long history of BETRAYALS by Brahman,Hindu Hilly Chiefs,Muslims, British and all the Derawalas,Nirmalas etc etc.
3) Immediately after the GOI army attack on Darbar Sahib followed by Sikh Genocide torturing, killing,and disappearing of thousands of innocent Sikhs, Indira Gandhi employed all her diplomatic staff in all the countries to falsely label Sikhs as terrorists, extremist etc etc. She sent many Dera Saadhs to drain the limited resources of Sikhs here, and spread misinformation among Sikhs. I have personally observed the Indian High Commission and his staff in Ottawa sitting in the prayer hall of local Gurdwara Sahib and claiming as to who is going to be the next president of the Sikh Society as his staff has recruited many Hindus as members of the society by filing bogus membership forms. It continued for several years until several staff members were kicked out of Canada because of destabilizing the local community. That type of under handed behaviour happened in other cities also and those perpetrators were sent back to India. Mr. Dhar (A RAW agent and staffer) has written some facts in his book. They made fake lists of Gursikhs to bar them from visiting relatives in Punjab even when they applied to attend the funerals of their loved ones in Punjab. (Its all documented). They would issue the visa to some and and then deport them back for no reason,as soon as they landed at Delhi Airport. They would harass and detain visiting Sikhs at airports, if they happen to have a name similar to someone else Innocent person  whose name is falsely listed on the lists made by these Indian High Commission staffers. The most arrogant rulers spread the turmoil committing Evil Crimes against Human Dignity, not negotiating IN GOOD FAITH the JUST RIGHTS OF A BRAVE MINORITY THAT SACRIFICED THEIR ALL FOR THE INDEPENDENCE OF INDIA AND ITS PEOPLE.
4) When Sikhs went to attend the UN meeting in Switzerland, what we found there was Mr.Boota Singh & Mr. Gurdial Dhillon with other foreign Ministry staffers, They made a complaint against Sikh delegation to Swiss government that resulted in raid at their Hotel Room where Sikh delegation stayed. The Swiss authorities apologized for the harassment. Again There was a UN meeting in Austria where WSO Representative attended. There again Mr.Boota Singh in Yellow Turban and other Pagree Dhari's were present to oppose us.
   This was a meeting of UN for "The unrepresented People of The world". Why these government people were there was a mystery ! When WSO applied for membership in UN for unrepresented people, The GOI Opposed and Vetoed. On the contrary The GOI appointee and agents were all over spying Sikhs to persecute. It was Dr. Sangat Singh Ji 0f Delhi who was appointed in Rajiv's office. He disclosed to me(At a dinner in Kanata) that he is deployed by Rajiv to visit Pakistan Gurdaras frequently to collect information on Sikhs there and make regular reports to GOI.. The Dera Saads like Sant Meehan Singh was provided Diplomatic passport to establish his TTHAT in Vancouver and spread GOI propaganda. (CBC report in 1986). There are many more people (on the TAKE from Raw Agents ) who infiltrated Sikh Gurdwaras and worked for GOI. The Tax money collected by GOI was al used for these Subversive ends. Our ED was able to attend one UN meeting in New York as part of a delegation of the Government of Canada.Any time Sikhs arranged conferences or seminar in universities here the scholars embedded by the GOI were always present for whatever purpose they may had. We had our interactions with the RCMP.CISIS, most of the government Departments, universities, politicians,media and other ethnic organization to educate and share information with them about the oppression of Sikhs in Punjab and India.
5) In the days after the GOI army attack on Darbar Sahib in 1984 and GOI's propaganda maligning Sikhs, labeling them terrorist & extremists. We the Sikhs here had to respond and educate the mainstream media and governments at all levels in Canada. We had to educate people here about Sikh Religion and our Sikh values. To teach about Sikh Religion one have to start with Guru Nanak Sahib Ji and when he was born etc In the course of discussions some of us interjected that this is the latest and most recent Religion whose Scriptures are written in the direct presence of Guru Sahib and historical facts are very accurate. Some people do their research and are ready to question us on what we said.
One white Canadian approached me and said, "some of your people are bragging that this is the modern and only 500 years old, then how come that you people do not even know the exact birth day of your founder Guru?  First I was taken aback initially, but when I asked him what do you mean?  He told me that you people celebrate birth in November when many researcher determined that Guru Nanak Sahib was born on 14th April ( 1st Vaisakh), 1469 !. In my reply I had to tell him that we Sikhs Consider the message of Guru as Sacred that we do celebrate the important dates  but any particular days or dates etc are not more important than the Gurbani Teachinhs. Abiding by the message of the Guru Sahib is all important in the life of a Sikh than days or dates. We know that That a fraud was committed by jathedars at Patna Sahib where they tempered with the real date of birth of Guru Gobind Singh Sahib ji and changed it. Fortunate original copy of the writing was found at Amritsar where the actual date was 5th January,
The actual date of Guru Hargobind Singh Sahib returning to Amritsar Sahib was in February and wrongfully made in October to coincide with Hindu Diwali. Similarly Inspecting the Bhat Vahees and lots of Sikh literature a number of distortions were corrected. There was a difference of one day in the Bikrami Calendar followed in South India than one followed in North India. The dates that were accurately determined and permanently fixed were discussed for almost a decade by the properly formed SGPC Committee and were finally approved and published in original Janrtee in 1999. After some ignorant ( without ant knowledge of Calendar Science) persons intervened whose objections were ruled out in the meeting of SGPC with Jathedar Badoogar and Nanakshahi Calendar was again adopted in 2003 that remained in force for complete 7 years . Unfortunately, The RSS/BJP/ Hindutva/ and their agent Mr.H.S.Dhuma, his Sant samaji associates and Akslies of Badals prevailed to Cancel the Calendar in 20010. Sikhs all over the world are determined to adopt the MOOL NANAKSHAHI CALENDAR that was published by SGPC in 1999.
6) Sir You seem to be quite upset about my writing on the NANAKSHAHI CALENDAR ISSUE. This issue is the most important for all Sikhs all over the world that is being SHAMEFULLY TRAMPLED by only a Few FANATIC, Ignorant persons like Mr.Dhuma, Anurag Singh The Thief, Hari S. Randhawa, Nihang Harian Belan, Baba Bedi;s associate Paranjit Singh. and Jasbir Kaur. All these people have no idea of how the Science of Calendars work in accordance with Gurbani Teachings.Every Nation in the World have their own Calendar, and Sikh Nation have every Right to adopt its own National Calendar. We can not allow ourselves to be pushed fraudulently by anti Sikh forces , and thrusting HINDU BIKRAMI Calendar under the ORIGINAL NANAKSHAHI name ! Even a British Writer has to write in her book that approval of Nanakshahi Calendar would make it difficult to SUBSUME Sikh Religion into Hinduism. IT IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT MATTER FOR SIKHS.
5) Recently (14-15 July,2017 a Conference of Calendar Issue was arranged by Sikhs in USA. Sardar Pal Singh Ji explained The Accuracy of Nanakshahi Calendar as per Gurbani,Sikh History,and Common Era Calendar followed through out the Civilized people in the world. Based on the Scientific calculation he explained that The 1st Vaisakh (14 April) as per Bikrami Calendar will drift to 10-12 December in due course.. Similarly The 23rd Poh (5 January) will drift to 7 Poh in February if SGPC continues with the Bikrami Calendar. Likewise, all other dates will drift off season , and by that time all these fanatic and ignorant leaders and proponents of Bikrami dates will be long dead from the face of earth to lessen the weight on this earth !
7) Mr. Anurag Singh copied the dates from the books & CD from Calendaring Calculations and Calendaring Tabulations providing dates for 10,000 years. These books were prepared by the Scientists in which S.Pal Singh Purewal helped them in preparation. They were honest writers who duly acknowledged the help of S.Pal Singh Purewal in the beginning of the book. This Corrupt parson Anurag Singh copied the tables from the CD and data to prepare his tables on dates without giving any credit to the source.
THIS IS CALLED PLAGIARIZING. - THIEF OF LITERATURE 
which is a serious crime. Furthermore this Mr.Anurag Singh did not know how to calculate Diwali dates from his stolen tables because he has no knowledge how Calendar Science work.  On 11-12 November,2004, at 11 a.m. Anurag Singh made a five member committee to discuss Nanakshahi Calendar dates The meeting was arranged by Jathedar Vedanti Ji to respond to the questions from this Committee headed by Anurag Singh along with Hari Singh Randhawa, Nihangh Harian Belan, and a rep.of Baba Bedi and  Jasbir Kaur. At that meeting Mr Anurag Singh raised the question that the SGPC poster that depicted, "Bandi Chhorrd ( Diwali)" , Anurag Singh objected that there is no word as "Bandi Chhord" anywhere in Sikh History and if you wanted to write this word it should have been mentioned in brackets after the word "Diwali". S.Pal Singh Ji told him that he should read the book "Guru Keean Sakhian" by Prof. Piara Singh Padam, and in the first Chapter he showed him the words Bandi Chhord and Deep Mala. After that all the questions they asked were replied.
This Shameless Mr .Anurag Singh did not even said sorry for creating problem as he is ignorant about basics of Sikh History. and Calendar Science. There is a saying " Andhian Vich Kanna Raja", But Mr.Anurag Singh proven himself to be Andhaian Vich Andha Raja. there is an guy Nishan Singh, a lady Amarjit Kaur and e few others who are being used by Taksal Dera to do the propaganda against Original Namakshahi Calendar and introduced "DHUMAKKAR SHAHI Calendar in 2010 that is totally inaccurate and unstable with Mal Maas of Bikrami Calendar. These people with the help of Jathedars and Badal.s Akalies are responsible for causing futile trouble among  the GULLIBLE person in Sikhi Bhes. True Sikhs must not get Duped by such thieves and plagiarist.
8) There were rewards worth several thousands of dollars announced at the conference at Seattle Gurdwaras Sahib and SGPC and these Dera Walas and person like Anurag Singh were challenged to prove the challenges wrong to claim their monetary rewards. Otherwise they should shut up and let the Sikh Nation celebrate Gurpurabs and Anniversaries in accordance with PERMANENT,ORIGINAL NANAKSHAHI  CALENDAR published by SGPC in 1999.May Waheguru instill some Sense on these individual and they refrain from further dividing the Khalsa Panth to undermine The Sikh Nation.
9) The Sikhs in North America,Europe,Australia,NZ, S.E Asia, and thousands of True Gursikhs in Punjab -The land of Guru Patsah have joined forces to gather to distribute credit card size, wall size, ORIGNAL NANAKSHAHI CALENDARS APPROVED AND PUBLISHED BY SGPC IN 1999. Sikhs worldwide are going to urge all Gurdwara Societies and Sikh Organizations to UNITE AND IMPLEMENT that Calendar all over the world. Patents have been registered to ward off the plagiarist and Thieves to commit any further FRAUD like the one before whereby they retained the name Nanakshahi but introduced Dhumakkard Shahi (Brahmni Bikrami as DHUMA + MAKKAR in 2010. All Sikhs are aware that there are hundreds of cults and Divisions in present day that are keeping us away from UNION WITH THE "1" One and Only One. Some have even divided Gurbani of The One into many pieces . Some are reading Ragmala (Not part of Gurbani) and others recite it. If I start listing the other differences, it will fill out a thick book. We recite Gurbani "Koee Kahae Ram Ram,Koiee Allahi....." But never thinking about the UNITY OF SUPREME ONE.
10)The Bhak Bhak (sound of flickering flame) of these self styled Sants have used Gurbani to build their own mansions instead of joining the Sikhs to The Guru or Waheguru. They have created nothing but :BASURRIA ( troubles,disputes,quarrels, entanglements, Doubts,Duality etc). They have ruined many a lives and duped many more. This is what they call "Bhala" because it does Bhala of only these tricksters putting fear of Narak, rivers of blood and filth after death.
11)  Sri-Maan Dya Singh Ji, you mentioned that "you see so much inside information and rich history"  The Richness of Sikh History nor disputed by anyone in the world, but only those who want to distort it. Meeting heads of other Religions in a ceremonial manner is not real History. It was the travels of Guru Sahibs on foot to meet Yogis Sidhas, Banaras Kai Thagg, Maulavees of Mecca and thousands others where they were able to demonstrate and guide the way to meet the Supreme One. For learning History, all we have to do is to read Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, Read Sikh History by competent Sikh Scholars, and many Non-Sikh Scholars, In present time its not only the books but one can go to Computers, Internet, and many other electronic gadgets that can help us read. But we must remember Gurbani , "  Parreeai Jaitai Bars Bars, Parreai Jati Aarza, Parreai Jatai Saas. Nanak Laikhai Ik Gal Hor Jhakhna Jhaakh."   Guru always caste His glance of MEHAR on all ,not just any chosen ones only. There is no one without Guru's Mehar.

I remember Bhai Harbans Lal Ji attended a seminar in Kitchener-Waterloo (perhaps about two decades ago) where he recited these lines to include Gurbani Teachings in his lecture. The meaning in brief were: " One may read cart loads of books and study multitudes of literature. one may read boat-loads of books ( as Brahamans did in the past) and study pits full of literature. One may read years upon years and study for all the months (in a year). One may study continuously for one's entire life and study with every breath. Nanak ! Only one thing -The Lord's  Name is of account, and all else is but prattle in pride." {The English translation may not be exact here but it does provide the GIST of Guru's Teachings} There are hundreds of references in Gurbani about Reading,reciting,Studying etc. if one wants to research and understand.
12) I understand that you started as the PA to Giani Zail Singh Ji and later on they bestowed the position of Chairman for Minorities Commission. Indira and Rajiv Gandhi used Giani Zail Singh and Sardar Manmohan Singh ji to dupe the Sikhs in order to continue to kill Sikhs in large numbers, Strangely it was not possible for anyone of them to raise a voice against the evil crime against Sikhs.
When we tried to explain the plight of Sikhs to the governments in western countries, the Indian politicians would tell them that There is a Sikh CM Beant Singh in Punjab,and Sikh President and Sikh PM, therefore Sikhs are complain without any reason. They barred the AI and Human Rights Watch to enter Punjab to verify the atrocities. When we sent a Canadian Parliamentary delegation to Punjab to in 1992 to verify the Atrocities and State terrorism , the GOI tried to create obstacles and tried to give them a guided tour telling them there is danger to their lives One of the brave Parliamentarian slipped on his own and he was able to See the Police Torture Cells in Amritsar Jails.
I am sorry that you got upset by reading the plight of the Sikh Nation in my comments, whereas the GOI has robbed the Land,Waters,and Electricity to give it to non-riparian states. The poor farmers in Punjab have to commit suicides !!!
