It appears that such publications may have taken place under the influence/directions of RSS/BJP and Shri PS Badal since 1997:
(1)    Gur Bilas Patshahi 6: Granthi Joginder Singh Vedanti & Dr. Amarjit Singh: June 1998;
(2)    Sri Dasam_Granth Sahib: Paath-Sampadan Atey Viakhiya: Late Virsa Singh, Gobind Sadan, Mehrauli, Delhi: April 1999 [Version by Drs. Jaggis];
(3)    Sikh History in Hindi by SGPC, 2000;
(4)    There could be some more such publications where SGPC may have given Grants.
As otherwise, SAD/SGPC’s Officials would not dare to publish such Books, because they have hardly any initiative: Late Gurcharan Singh Tohra, Bibi Jagir Kaur, Giani Puran Singh, Prof. Kirpal Singh Badungar, Vedanti Joginder Singh, Late Joginder Singh Talwara, President Avtar Singh Makkar, Head Minister Giani Gurbachan Singh and other employees.
Someone in Punjab or Haryana must initiate legal action against them under Section 134 (g) of The Sikh Gurdwaras Act 1925, as otherwise they will continue their dictatorship !
