We are well aware of the fact that no person is perfect,
whereas we all are liable to err !

(1)    Dr. Sangat Singh was a Government Employee, Ministry of External Affairs from 1960 to 1990, which means retired at the compulsory age of 58 being born in 1932.
Thereafter, he wrote Book: “The Sikhs in History” First Edition in June 1995 and now Seventh Edition in November 2010. Like other Historians, there could be some inaccuracies or over-statements but despite such short-comings, his Book is well read all over the world because it provides wide range of information including the current situation of the Sikhs in Punjab. In fact, if any person writes to him, he does respond. His Address: S – 181, Greater Kailash – II, New Delhi – 110 048        Phone: 011 – 2921 4294,  2921 4744l
About Gen. Jaswant Singh Bhullar, whatever known to him, he has written at pages 376, 387, 411, 415, 429, 602-603. If there is any distortion, Gen. himself can take up the matter with the Author or file Court case for defamation.
 (2)    Similarly, S. Gurtej Singh, IPS / IAS / Professor of Sikhism (Born on 20 March 1947) had a Government job in the capacity of IPS and IAS from 1970 to 1982 but I don’t know when he had resigned and on what grounds as otherwise he could have continued till 2007 at the highest Post of Secretary or Chief Secretary. He has also written several Books as well as take part in various Seminars where he shares his Thoughts in the best interest of the Sikh Nation. His Address: 742, Sector 8 – B, Chandigarh, India 160 009
*Dr. Sangat Singh has also mentioned his name where he knows about his role.
(3)    Since January 2000, I have been getting The Sikh Bulletin from Editor, Hardev Singh Shergill. I may have missed earlier issues of 1999. Sometimes, his Editorials and other Articles do not conform to the Guru’s Teachings as otherwise he has been sharing good information in respect of the Sikh Affairs. Where we don’t agree, we should ignore or share our views through private Email messages.  I am of the view that we should continue to share our views through Internet and if anyone is not agreeable on some point, that does not mean we should part company, but to resolve amicably through private correspondence instead of washing dirty linen in open. However,
we should be Truthful, without any personal bias or favour. Let us unite and work together by forming ONE SIKH THINK TANK with a view to counter the anti-Sikh elements operating all over the world encouraged by the Hindutva.
With best wishes and Charhdi Kalaa,
 Gurmit Singh (Australia)
