SIKHS SECURITY AND LIBERTY IN INDIA and OUTSIDE; can’t say to be secured anywhere in the context, when the central agencies suspected do all this.

HIGHLIGHTS:
(i) Couldn’t such untraceable killings be linked as a danger to the world security as such agencies are controlled and supervised only by the National Security Adviser (NSA) in India and outside?
(ii) The National Security Adviser (NSA) is not under political oversight-control, supervision, that’s why killers remain untraceable in India and outside?
1. Home Minister P Chidambaram on Saturday, February 06, 2010 said the National Security Adviser (NSA) should have very few executive responsibilities over internal security which he felt must come under political oversight, "The only way that I could know what is going on, what happened and what did not happen, was to exercise political oversight over every agency that is concerned with security".
2. Is it not An Important Confession on the part of Home Minister P Chidambaram and further as to what inference can be drawn from it that such untraceable killers are no-one except to the knowledge of the National Security Adviser (NSA) in India and outside?
3. Will it not be more proper and rightly to say that such untraceable killers are no-one except to the knowledge of the National Security Adviser (NSA) in India?
4. Couldn’t such untraceable killings be linked as a danger to the world security as such agencies are controlled and supervised only by the National Security Adviser (NSA) in India and outside?
The massacre of 35 Sikhs at Chattisinghpora in 2000 and of others:
A. The Union minister Farooq Abdullah said only this much, ‘that the “some powers” had prevented him from probing the massacre of 35 Sikhs at Chattisinghpora in 2000 on the eve of Bill Clinton’s visit to India’.
B. “I have some reservations about Chattisinghpora incident and I will make these public through my book.
C. The book will be released after my death so that nobody will question me”.

D. But, though, about the “some powers, the Union minister Farooq Abdullah said only this much, ‘that the “some powers” had prevented him from probing the massacre of 35 Sikhs at Chattisinghpora in 2000 on the eve of Bill Clinton’s visit to India’.
E. The Union minister Farooq Abdullah also stated that Clinton has truly written in his book that had he not visited India Chattisinghpora massacre would not have taken place, the NC president said, “I have some reservations about Chattisinghpora incident and I will make these public through my book.
F. The book will be released after my death so that nobody will question me”.
G. He did also criticise Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) President Simranjeet Singh Mann for blaming troopers for the Chattisinghpora incident, “It is a senseless statement. We have nothing to do with Punjab politics.”
H. The Sikhs who are having awareness, may be from any party, group, organization etc do not dispute the role of “Some powers” in any form, in the Indian system from bottom to top. I like to explain a little more about The “Some Powers” and worth to quote as under:
I. “The Sikh Vichar Manch is being questioned by some innocent Sikhs and others in politics, what are the “some powers”?
J. I replied in short, “the powers” actually running or controlling the Indian system in the ‘Unitary System’ under the constitution of India.
Again, asked to elaborate more?
K. Of course, I only then replied, “the “some powers” was another name of the ‘Indian central agencies’.
L. But, though, about the “some powers, the Union minister Farooq Abdullah said only this much, ‘that the “some powers” had prevented him from probing the massacre of 35 Sikhs at Chattisinghpora in 2000 on the eve of Bill Clinton’s visit to India’.
