Whether India or Pakistan Ahead In Diplomacy and Politics on Kartarpur Corridor?
Analysis By: Balbir Singh Sooch-Sikh Vichar Manch
1.    India wants Pak to address misgivings before next Kartarpur meet, whereas Pakistan finds it as incomprehensible-unintelligible, inconceivable Indian move to reschedule Kartarpur meet: The Tribune, Chandigarh.
2.    Sikhs Can’t Be Anti-India Or None Else:- By Balbir Singh Sooch

3.    A view about  Khalistan: “JUST THINK OF KHALISTAN A VIEW AND OR REACTION - BY: Balbir Singh Sooch-Sikh Vichar Manch: KHALISTAN: JUST THINK OF KHALISTAN???
4.    The title of note should have been, ‘20.8 million Sikhs in India Versus 172.2 million Muslims in India’.
5.    Who achieved and lost what being both of them are Indians and population of Muslims is more than Sikhs? As to how Muslims are suffering, being humiliated and being killed since long in Kashmir also???
6.    We as Sikhs suffered heavily and at the same time some Sikhs proved exceptionally unmatchable Warriors for fighting for their ‘Sikh rights’ in the Indian history.
7.    Sikhs who were recently crushed badly- JUST THINK OF KHALISTAN A VIEW AND OR REACTION” - BY: Balbir Singh Sooch-Sikh Vichar Manch: KHALISTAN: JUST THINK OF KHALISTAN???

8.    And the process of crushing Sikhs is continuing, mentally, religiously and physically with a changed style indirectly with the help of Sikh stooges within India and outside and it can’t be ruled out that “The Pakistani Cabinet constituted a 10-member Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (PSGPC) to facilitate Sikh pilgrims after opening of the Kartarpur Corridor, the state-run Radio Pakistan as reported” may be part of the process with hidden agenda by ISI and or RAW. Though can’t say, except feeling, anything in context with certainly.
9.    “I as the Chief and Spokesperson of the Sikh Vichar Manch never had any hostile counter or faced any direct threat from such elements (To whom, the Indian agencies concerned, controlling and operating the state terrorism in India by misusing the so-called militants from the minorities and or out of majority of India, known as hardcore Hindutava, hiding his head especially in SHIV SENA, RSS, BJP & CONGRESS) as to my mind, they were never instructed to harm me by the Indian agencies concerned, controlling and operating the state terrorism in India so far.
10.  Are ISI (Inter Services Intelligence. Intelligence agency of Pakistan) & RAW ( Research and Analysis Wing (Intelligence wing of Indian army)) working conspiringly and in connivance with each other in order to control crowd of both the countries i.e. Pakistan and India by terrorizing the crowd physically and politically as were visible from the past actions and the statements of the rulers of both countries, who matter that there won’t be any adverse effect between our alleged vital relations or on talks going on since long in the name of settling our outstanding issues and misunderstandings?
11.   The journalist Satinder Bains also said: Extra ordinary honour given to Sarabjit has nothing to do with his spy status. Media created an unnecessary hype about it and he became the liability for government. He belonged to SC community and the exposure given to his sister Dalbir Kaur made her an icon. From that angle he became politically important for SAD and Congress. Now both parties are in race to give Dalbir Kaur party ticket for MP from Khadoor Sahib Constituency. Badal gave Rs.one crore with this consideration in mind”.  An extract from the article, ‘ARE ISI & RAW HEADS ONE IN CONTROLLING CROWD OF PAKISTAN AND INDIA IN CONNIVANCE WITH THE RULERS MATTER’? 12.   Pakistan government, seems to be more sincere now than in the past context, but refused to talk to the present Indian government being not reliable and the talks only after 2019 poll on kartarpur corridor as was said earlier:
13.  The BJP  by keeping in mind of BJP’s diluted communal vote bank intact, then only the present India’s government also publicly reiterated that the opening of the Kartarpur corridor did not mark a thaw-‘lessening of hostility- a lessening of hostility, tension’ between the two sides, nor the start of a new dialogue process, then that face savingly said;
14.  But ‘That subsequently triggered a round of jostling for credit between India and Pakistan over who initiated the Kartarpur Corridor project.
15.  “Prime Minister Imran Khan, in an interaction with the representatives of Indian media at PM Office on Thursday, said he had tried to reach out to New Delhi since the day he assumed office but received a "bad response" after which he "decided to wait until after the Indian election for a gesture from their side", The Hindu reported.
16.  "India must reciprocate... we understand till your elections in 6 months but after that, we need a response," India Today TV quoted him as having asserted”. Dawn.com: Updated November 29, 2018

17.  Meanwhile, within Punjab, Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu received a political boost against his detractors, including Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh, as he seemed to have taken all the credit for persuading Pakistan to green light the project. 18.  India to Invite Pakistan to Discuss Kartarpur Corridor: India wants to take the initiative to propose the meeting, which sources indicated could be held “within a month.”India to Invite Pakistan to Discuss Kartarpur Corridor: Credit: Shome Basu: IPLOMACYSOUTH ASIA: 15/JANUARY/2019: THE WIRE
19.  New Delhi: India is likely to soon send a formal invitation to Pakistan for a coordination meeting to establish the cross-border ‘visa-free’ Kartarpur corridor. The corridor will connect two Sikh shrines on both sides of the Indo-Pak border and allow pilgrims to travel between them.
20.  This was one of the key outcomes of the inter-ministerial meeting chaired by the home secretary, Rajiv Gauba, on Tuesday. The meeting, held at North Block, was attended by officials from the home ministry, Punjab government, state and central security agencies, the ministry of external affairs and highway authorities.
21.  As per sources, the meeting will be held to discuss the modalities of the road alignment and the logistics of moving large numbers of pilgrims between Dera Baba Nanak in Gurdaspur (India) and Gurudwara Darbar Sahib in Kartarpur (Pakistan).
22.  India wants to take the initiative to propose the meeting, which sources indicated could be held “within a month.”
`23.   Last November, both governments decided to open the pilgrimage corridor to mark the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev in 2019.
24.  That subsequently triggered a round of jostling for credit between India and Pakistan over who initiated the project. India also publicly reiterated that the opening of the Kartarpur corridor did not mark a thaw between the two sides, nor the start of a new dialogue process.
25.  Meanwhile, within Punjab, Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu received a political boost against his detractors, including Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh, as he seemed to have taken all the credit for persuading Pakistan to green light the project.
26.  Sources said that the infrastructure to be built on Indian territory is rather straight-forward compared to the Pakistani side. “In Pakistan, they have to build roads over three bridges,” said a senior official.
27.   However, there are reports that Pakistan has made considerable progress in building the infrastructure for the project. When the Indian and Pakistani senior officials meet, they will not only have to decide on the road alignment, but also the logistics for ferrying large numbers of pilgrims. 28.  But keeping in mind now, BJP feels it’s the communal vote bank is intact after the events of  Land, Air and Space strikes despite ignoring the  election promises made in 2014.
29.  NOW, BJP projecting its brave face openly against Pakistan and Sikhs including all followers of GURU NANAK politically and diplomatically, thought better to postpone the meeting April 2, 2019 very lightly on the ground with Pakistan and the teams of engineer experts from both sides India and Pakistan (The next meeting of technical experts on the Kartarpur corridor was earlier scheduled in Wagah on the Pakistani side of the border on April 2, 2019 and was “jointly agreed by both sides”);
What was the ground to postpone the meeting was to be held on April 2, 2019”
30.   “India on Friday, March 29, 2019 summoned Pakistan’s deputy high commissioner in New Delhi and conveyed concerns over the presence of several Khalistani separatists in a committee appointed by Pakistan on the corridor”. Last updated: March 29, 2019, 2:51 PM (IST): The Tribune, Chandigarh.
31.  India wants Pak to address misgivings before next Kartarpur meet, whereas Pakistan finds it as incomprehensible-unintelligible, inconceivable Indian move to reschedule Kartarpur meet: The Tribune, Chandigarh.
Inview of the above discussion including act and conduct of India and Pakistan, the inference can safely be drawn as under:
32.  What is going on Kartarpur Corridor: The Politics or the really Security and Safety Concern either to India or Pakistan?
 https://www.thehindu.com/news/national/india-fears-misuse-of-kartarpur-corridor/article26681308.ece?homepage=true
33.  First of all, it is always worth to remind the Positivity of PM Modi and the Indian central agencies matter after Sidhu, Pakistan PM Imran Khan and his army chief’s determination on Kartarpur Corridor must be appreciated unconditionally.
34.  The players playing negatively must be ignored keeping in view their destructive approach in the matter.
35.  Is the demand  that ‘the number of devotees proposed by Islamabad to be allowed to pass the corridor was not at all sufficient and CM Amarinder Singh guided to demand at least 5000 to 15,000 pilgrims to be permitted to visit the historic gurdwara everyday’ could be acceptable security point of view so early by Pakistan?
36.   Is it not wrong the presence of identified Khalistanis in a committee appointed by Pakistan on the corridor?
37.    Need not to play more the Politics than any real ‘Security and Safety Concern’ from either side…
