A sufi muslim's tribute to Guru Gobind Singh
Waheguru jee ka Khalsa Waheguru jee kee Fateh
According to the Sikh History Books written by the various Authors, Guru Gobind Singh Sahib was born at Patna Sahib on 22 December 1666 who took responsibility of the Guruship from 11 November 1675 as next Guru Successor.
Whereas Pir Bhikhan Shah was then residing around Kurukshetra-Patiala , when there was hardly any communication between Patna and Punjab .
It looks strange that Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib who was on preaching tour to Assam
In fact, this story was floated by Bhai Santokh Singh, who had written Sri Gur Pratap Suraj Granth during (1835-1843) in the Raaj of Maharaja Ranjit Singh i.e. about 170 years after the birth of Guru Sahib. Hence, it is hard to believe like another episode of previous birth and Bhagti at Hemkunt ?Now time has come when the Sikhs should start applying their own discerning intellect rather spreading the mythical or hearsay stories. I am sure that some Sikh Scholars will look into such narrations and share the righteous & truthful incidents.

The story of Pir Buddu Shah that the Sufi Muslim quoted shows reverence for the new born who came with a divine message and a hope to become a future Guru. There is nothing wrong or against Sikh Maryada in what Sufi Muslim said in Gurduara.
When we see a promising person we are urged to say that such and such is going to be great person in life.
At the same time, when we see an annoying character, people do say that he/she is a born joker.
if someone cannot take out or add something positive in any discourse, they should keep their negativity to himself.
