The SIT Probing the Behbal Kalan and Kotkpaura Police Firing Incidents:
1. “It may be recalled here that the Special Investigation Team had termed the sacrilege and firing incidents as a pre-planned handiwork of the Ex-Deputy CM Sukhbir Badal, Ex-DGP Sumedh Saini and the Sirsa cult in the chargesheet filed in Kotkapura firing case. The SIT had filed this chargesheet in the court of judicial magistrate Ekta Uppal on May 28, 2019 i.e. a few hours after the reinstatement of IG Kunwar Vijay Partap Singh as SIT member”. THE KHALSA
2. “IG Kunwar Vijay Pratap is reportedly at the centre of a controversy surrounding the SIT ever since a chargesheet naming five cops and a former Akali MLA and suggesting involvement of senior Akali leaders was presented in a Faridkot court. It is alleged that some of the SIT members have reportedly disassociated themselves from “certain points” of the chargesheet.
3. The key member, Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh, took to Twitter suggesting that he was fighting a lonely battle “but will continue walking alone to his destination even if no one is with him”

‘The Bargari Morcha-Dharna demands at Bargari Village in District Faridkot, Punjab as under:
(i) To implement in the letter and spirit of the Justice Ranjit Singh Commission’s report (Now a public document), fully debated on August 28, 2018 in the Assembly of Punjab-The Punjab Vidhan Sabha as the SIT and the Justice Ranjit Singh Commission have already given detail at Dera Sacha Sauda followers in the sacrilege cases;
(ii) Also ‘indicted former Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal in the 2015 Guru Granth Sahib sacrilege case, adding that he was well aware of the situation developing at Kotkapura and the subsequent firings ordered’ as being a highly sensitive matter ignored, intentionally and deliberately, since then and being continued so ;
(iii) The firings ordered is being a highly sensitive matter and it was the most cruel act similar to ‘The Jallianwala Bagh massacre, also known as the Amritsar massacre, took place on 13 April 1919 when a crowd of nonviolent protesters, along with Baishakhi pilgrims, who had gathered in Jallianwala Bagh, Amritsar, Punjab, were fired upon by troops of the British Indian Army under the command of Colonel Reginald Dyer’.
(iv) But here is the Badal Family involved and at whose instance and in lieu of what and obviously also being helped by CM Captain Amarinder Singh?
(v) Will ‘The Dharna In Bargari’, ‘The dharna at Bargari Village in District Faridkot, Punjab led by parallel Jathedar Dhian Singh Mand get answer to all this now.?

(vi) To secure the release of Sikh political detainees who have served their jail terms immediately.

(i) पंथक मुद्दों पर कांग्रेस के फायर ब्रांड मंत्री सुखजिंदर रंधावा ने तो मुख्यमंत्री से सीधा सवाल पूछ लिया कि बादलों को कब ठोकोगे।
(ii) रंधावा यहीं नहीं रुके, उन्होंने पुराना राग फिर दोहराया कि अफसरशाही उनकी नहीं सुनती है। इस पर शिक्षा मंत्री ओपी सोनी ने भी हामी भर दी।
(iii) मुद्दा उठाए जाने पर विधायकों ने भी मेज थपथपा कर मंत्रियों का समर्थन किया। अहम पहलू यह है कि 26 माह बात भी मुख्यमंत्री को इन्हीं सवालों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
(iv) अंतर केवल इतना है कि पहले केवल विधायक इस मुद्दे को उठाया करते थे। अब मंत्रियों ने भी सवाल उठाने शुरू कर दिए हैं। हालांकि मंत्रियों द्वारा सवाल उठाए जाने पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया, लेकिन मंत्रियों ने कैप्टन सरकार की तरफ उंगली उठा दी है।
