The Prisoners and the under Trials are not Safe in Indian Jails

1.   P. Chidambaram served as the Union Minister for Home in the Government of India Knew very well that the prisoners and the under trials while in judicial custody are not safe in Indian Jails.
2.  Chidambaram filed an application before ‘The Special Court’ to ensure safe detention while in judicial custody as well as in special cell with adequate security rather P. Chidambaram preferred to surrender in the case to be probed by Enforcement Directorate (ED) instead of going in judicial custody.
3.   The Special Court Directs to Provide Separate Cell in Tihar Jail for Senior Congress leader and P. Chidambaram is a former Union Minister of Finance and has also served as the Union Minister for Home in the Government of India https://www.facebook.com/Pchidambaramthelegend/
4.   Chidambaram to go to Tihar Jail as Court Orders Judicial Custody, Directs to Provide Separate Cell on his plea as former Union Minister P Chidambaram knew very well that during detention while in judicial custody and even the detention in special cells without adequate security, the prisoners and the under trials while in judicial custody are not safe in  Indian Jails.

6.   Would ever the question remain and be asked always that only special cells with adequate security in Indian Jails are safe for the prisoners and the under trials while in judicial custody?
7.   Otherwise; ‘The Prisoners and the Undertrials while in Judicial Custody are not Safe in Indian Jails’.
8.      If P. Chidambaram feels unsafe in Indian Jail, then what to talk of safety of ‘Common Prisoners and Undertrials’ in Indian Jails?
