As to Why Is There Lacuna to Discriminate with Muslims on the Ground of Religion in CAA?

Lacuna: The crux of the CAA is giving citizenship to the “persecuted” Hindus, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis and Jains excluding Muslims from the three countries, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh.
  First, the lacuna has to be removed by further amendment of CAA in parliament and verbal assurances politically have no meaning and considered to be unreliable in view or in the context of the LACUNA.
Assurance: “Will not stop till all refugees get citizenship under CAA, says Union Home Minister Amit Shah: Kolkata, March1, 2020 (PTI) Union Home Minister Amit Shah asserted on Sunday, March1, 2020 that “the Centre would not stop until all refugees in the country are granted citizenship under the amended Citizenship Act and accused the opposition, including the Trinamool Congress, of misguiding refugees and minorities over the new law. Not a single person will lose citizenship because of the Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA), and, “With this ''Aar Noi Annay'' (No More Injustice) Slogan”.
It is being rightly reported, “His (Union Home Minister Amit Shah) comments came against the backdrop of the communal violence in northeast Delhi which was sparked by protests over the amended citizenship law and has left many dead and many injured- here without misleading with exact numbers of dead and injured.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah has to remove all validly raised objections against as widely reported and the discrimination unconstitutionally presently via CAA against Muslim minority deplored nationally and internationally.

The ‘Honest Political Will’ can only further rectify-amend the CAA to bring peace and justice in our “constitutionally secular” India.
In absence of the ‘Honest Political Will’, the question, ‘As to ‘Why Is There Lacuna to Discriminate with Muslims on the Ground of Religion in CAA?’ shall remain and continue to be asked peacefully by the law abiding objectors and the protesting citizens against CAA nationally and internationally.
