Indian Intelligence Bureau supporting fake encounters

  I am truly grateful to the Editor, Day and Night News for sharing contents of Letter dated 30-12-1991
written to then DGP KPS Gill by VG Vaidya, Special Director of Indian Intelligence Bureau, which confirms
the Indian Government’s policy to eliminate the Sikh Youth by bullet. It continued till the elimination of
Punjab CM Beant Singh as a result of bomb blast on 31^st August 1995, though subsequently speed was
reduced to some extent from 1995….). There could be some more such instructions and that is why no
action is being taken against the IAS/IPS Officials including the Punjab Chief Ministers, who have failed
in revealing the Truth or stopping the killings for their own interest !
   In his Book: The Sikhs in History, Edition 2010 at pages 230-231, Dr. Sangat Singh has written:
“Before leaving for Pakistan, Jinnah paid a farewell call on his friend Sardar Bahadur Sir Sobha Singh and
told him, that, ‘The Sikhs by not opting for self rule had committed a big blunder.’ Sobha Singh said, ‘By
fully trusting Hindus and linking our destiny with them we have done well. The Hindus will never maltreat
us or betray us.’ Jinnah quipped, ‘Sardar Bahadur you had the Hindus only as your co-slaves; now, you will
know the real Hindu when he becomes your master and you become his slave.” [Also Reference “Sachi

 Confidential letter dated 10^th October 1947 addressed to the Deputy Commissioners, is well known to the
Sikh Nation, which had described that “the Sikhs, as a community, were a lawless people and were thus a
menace to the law-abiding Hindus in the Province, and calling upon them to take ‘special measures’ against them.”
 Despite this attitude and stern actions against the Sikhs since 15^th August 1947, the selfish Sikh Leaders
have been rejoicing their slavery, which has further turned into elimination by killings since 13^th April 1978
and onwards….. and we are now reading some outbursts in the Newspapers and TV Media !
 I am sure that “Day and Night News” will continue to expose such high handedness both by the Indian
Governments as well as Punjab Governments headed by the Turbaned Hindus?
