As 239 scientists write to the World Health Organization (WHO) saying their research shows that oronavirus is airborne and not just spread through droplets, we talk to medical experts on what this is going to mean for the global battle against the pandemic. The WHO has said the coronavirus disease spreads primarily from person to person through small droplets from the nose or mouth, which are expelled when a person with COVID-19 coughs, sneezes or speaks.
