Will ever the executive system be reformed in India as after the judgments, the prisoners are in ordeal endlessly for the reasons of using force or threats by the politicians?
To my mind, keeping in view the system in India, the contempt Judgment is more than that the question asked, “Whether Victorious or Punished and or both?”
  Otherwise, legally speaking it is a punishment and fairly commenting a very defective Judgment as mentioned today in the editorial by The Tribune, Chandigarh, that “One expects the apex court to have a relook at the problem areas of the contempt law when it takes up the review petition to be filed by Bhushan”.
