 Whereas, “Our Dummy Opposition” did mark their presence protesting unsuccessfully, as far as Balbir Singh Sooch-Sikh Vichar Manch as a layman understood the “FARM BILLS” that the mostly needy-poor small farmers have to sell their produce at the cheaper rate outside the market to the rich exploiters-purchasers without waiting the government delayed formalities like time fixed for purchasing produce at the minimum support price (MSP)
 Is the deceitful laugh of silly lawmakers not the answer?
