How Indians know the democratic and secular forces in India?

Were the democratic and secular forces in India known as, “The thieves, bad characters, rascals, villains, rouges, ruffians and gangsters are headmen of communities (Chor Uchakke Te Chaudhary Gunde Ne Pardhan) rightly said by Daler Mehandi, the prominent singer who faced police brutality for refusing to pay a heavy sum of bribe to the police in bargain for not involving him in criminal cases?
Is it the "divisive force" or the "principal political enemy" or the tide in sea in capacity to do any harm, kill or destroy with the ugly and multifaceted like crocodile to absorb all one by one as is to do his only business or the surge is currently the biggest challenge to all democratic and secular forces in the country?
Are they as mostly defectors closely in contact with each other to befool us?
Balbir Singh Sooch, like you Indians are failing to understand them, but they are very clear that they are one and united to rule over you.
