The crux of the teachings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib: ‘Nam-prayer, Dan-Alms giving and Isnan – Ablution or the purity of oneself does mean only ‘Step Onto My Path With Your Head In Hand’:  This is according to Guru Nanak: ‘If thou yearnest to play the game of love, step on to my path, with thy head placed on the palm of thy hand’ Guru Nanak.
