Sharing A Memory’s Honesty Is Not Dead, That’s Why Survived In Corrupt And Gangsters Of India! The story of village Jaspal Banger, District Ludhiana, the ten gangsters polled to grab Langar land in many villages, headed by ADGP Aujla, then on active service, if I am not wrong. but four young brothers looking like lions approached me, as an advocate, and they narrated their entire story, that nothing is in their favour in judicial record till the Hon’ble of Supreme Court of India due to lack of evidence in face of the  ten gangsters headed by ADGP Aujla on duty as noticed by them and to the open knowledge to them .
 I was new though having more experience in the matter, readily accepted to be an advocate to defend them cautiously as they (Four young brothers, looking like lions) shown their helpless to engage any another advocate in face of the ten gangsters headed by ADGP Aujla on duty as all advocates refused them to their advocates.
 Then commissioner, revenue, Patiala knew their problem from the ground realities, and was supporting them, to my clients off the record and he conveyed the matter of ground reality verbally to the government of India.
 Finding no hope of justice in face of concocted judicial record till the Hon’ble Supreme of India, and under the circumstances, I preferred to send telegrams to then PM of India and all administrative authorities detailing the matter.
 To your surprise and then to my surprise then SP S.Chattopadhyaya, IPS at Ludhiana trapped the head of the ten gangsters (Garcha) and personally came to SDM office on date of hearing of the case when poor farmers, but lions, who were in possession of the so-called Langer land since their ancestors were sitting out of the court, revenue court to say that they never received any notice and wanted to know as to why they are being evicted from the land by the gangsters (Garcha)?
 You must have not heard in history that then SP S.Chattopadhyaya, IPS at Ludhiana came to the office-court of SDM, Shri. Viswajeet Khanna IAS. to know the ground realities of the case and entire matter and he personally heard the arguments keeping him mum. But then SP S.Chattopadhyaya, IPS at Ludhiana did it, never in history of India.
 Then, the government of Punjab transferred the case to Tehsil Jagraon, and S. Santokh Singh Deol at Jagraon suggested him as an advocate for them and rest is the history known to my clients.
 But, here I forgot to mention as in the same case, when I was pleading boldly before GA Bhatti in his retiring room, then the peon of the court from UP alerted me, saying that yesterday evening he (GA Bhatti) received a big bundle of cash from your opponents and Boxes of all kind of Whisky.
 That’s why the former or then cabinet minister, Jagdish Singh Garcha was laughing loudly facing me said to be in the court, when I was arguing in open court in the same case against them. But I could not make out, whether is he, Jagdish Singh Garcha was loudly laughing on the verbal comments of Hon’ble Court in favour of my clients or he, Jagdish Singh Garcha was laughing so loudly on me, the legal officer of the  Hon’ble Court of GA Bhatti,
 Though legally not court but only they are revenue officers in such cases, I did reminded this to former GA Daljit Singh and then remained SDM at Ludhiana, relative as some said son in law of “Harcharan Bains is a freelance journalist, political ideologue, writer and former TV sports commentator. Bains is the General Secretary of India's oldest regional political party Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal). Bains is currently advisor to Chief Minister of Punjab Parkash Singh Badal on national affairs and media”. Wikipedia,
 SDM, Daljit Singh at Ludhiana humiliated me in all cases and especially in mutation cases to order against my clients, the reason never disclosed to my clients about his illegal act and conduct in their cases.
 To Conclude wish to say, “No Dearth-Shortage of Honest Officers In Judiciary, ED, CBI, NIA, RBI, IAS, IPS etc but when they take right decision, they are forcefully posted out or the case stands transferred,  “Not All Like Chief Justice of India (Retd.) Ranjan Gogoi”

 I do have examples of upright journallists like Hon. Editor: Rana Abdul Baqi and the Learned Sikh Sardar Amar Jit Singh Chandii who believe in the service of humanity and highlights the views etc as such.
