Subject: Times of India-News headlines and Comments
Some of the comments may sound similar. But it shows from the differant News stories
that Indian Govt, Justice system, CBI etc. all have and are following Double standards
and have no intention to punish the guilty Congress leaders, Police etc. involved in
killing thousands of innocent Sikhs. Some how the Sikh community has to let the world
know that this is what is happening to the Sikh community and they are not being provided
fair justice in India. Even when they have a puppet, figure head Sikh as PM.

CBI is very active and has arrested and charged the guilty police officers who killed innocent persons in fake encounters in Gujrat. But surprisingly the same CBI has kept its eyes closed and act Dumb when it comes to fake encounter innocent killings in Punjab. One of the guilty Punjabpolice officer has openly admitted to killing 82 persons in fake encounters and police brutality. But Govt, CBI, Justice system hasn't made any effort to charge, arrest and punish him. Why the CBI and Justice system don't want to act against innocent fake encounter killings in Punjab ? Is it because all those guilty killings took place under Congress ruled state and guilty police officers were just following orders of the Congress leadership ? Doesn't it proves that
CBI and Justice system is controlled by the Congress Govt. and leadership ?
SIT snubs Modi govt, seeks death for Maya Kodnani
Post a Comment
Kanwal jit Singh Gill (Surrey, Canada) Good to see S/C appointed SIT seek death sentence to Maya Kodnani and associates for their roles in killing innocent persons in 2002. Now the question to S/C is that why they don't want to act similarly to punish the guilty Congress leaders who played role in killing thousands of innocent persons in 1984 Sikh Genocide ? Why S/C
didn't appoint SIT to speed up the process to punish those guilty Congress leaders ? Why all those guilty Congress leaders have been walking around freely for 29 years ? Doesn't the S/C Judges feel sorry for innocent lives lost ? Don't they want to provide any justice to the victim families and punish the guilty Congress leaders ? Why we always see the Double standards of Justice system ?
India must tackle higher subsidy spending soon, Chidambaram says
Post a Comment
Kanwal jit Singh Gill (Surrey, Canada) Chidambaram can see Modi Govt's role in killing innocent persons in Gujrat. But the same Chidambaram can't see Rajeev Gandhi led Congress Govt's role in killing ten times more innocent persons in 1984 Sikh Genocide. These shameful Congress leaders can only criticise and speak out against innocent killings in opposition ruled states. But the same leaders act dumb and justify killing innocent persons killed under Congress Govts. Shame on Double standards of these leaders.
Muzaffarnagar riots: 252 cases registered in one month
Post a Comment
Kanwal jit Singh Gill (Surrey, Canada) The UP Govt. has arrested 219 guilty persons and registered cases against 252 other persons for killing 62 innocent persons. Maybe the Gandhi family led Congress Govt. should learn from UP Govt. how to arrest and charge the guilty persons and leaders involved in innocent killings. Because the Congress Govts. have failed to arrest, charge and punish the guilty persons involved in killing thousands of innocent persons
in 1984 Sikh Genocide. Congress Govt. should learn even now after 29 years and act against the guilty Congress leaders involved in innocent killings.
Over 40% of Delhi legislators have pending criminal cases
Post a Comment
Kanwal jit Singh Gill (Surrey, Canada) Number of guilty criminal Congress MLAs in Delhi might have been much higher had the Justice system acted to punish the guilty Congress leaders involved in killing innocent persons in the 1984 Sikh Genocide. Many of those guilty persons were rewarded with party tickets for following orders of Gandhi family and leadership to kill innocent persons.
Senior advocate Phoolka urges special security for 1984 anti-Sikh riot case witnesses

Kanwal jit Singh Gill (Surrey, Canada) Ruling Congress Govt, Gandhi family and Delhi police
are committed to protect Sajjan Kumar, Tytler etc. and will do anything to scare away the witnesses. Justice system, CBI, Police etc. are all controlled by the Gandhi family led Congress Govt. and that is why they have failed to punish the guilty persons who killed thousands of innocent persons in 1984 Sikh Genocide. Shame on the whole Justice system and Govt. of
India.
Drug business never thrived during militancy in Punjab: Ex-DGP
Post a Comment
Kanwal jit Singh Gill (Surrey, Canada) The fact is that Militants wanted youth to stay away from drugs and Alcohal. It was the bad ruling Govts. Theory to spoil the youth to drug and liqour addiction. The corrupt ruling Govts. knowingly opened more Liqour shops and protected the drug smugglers in their parties to make money and spoil the youth. There is some bad conspiracy somewhere that is encouraging Liqour and drugs use in Punjab. No Govt. has made a sincere effort to control drug and Alcohal addiction in youth.
RE: Times of India-News headlines and Comments
Dear S. Kanwal Singh Gill (Canada),
Since 15th August 1947, there has been no doubt that the Indian Central Governments by
the Hindu majority and their appointed Judges are biased, who will never render Justice to the Sikhs and other minorities. They are like the snakes and tigers and as such nothing is expected from them.
However, you may wish to write to (1) Shri Parkash Singh Badal, (2) Shri Surjit Singh Barnala,
(3) Shri Sukhbir Singh Badal, (4) Shri Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa, (5) Shri Balwant Singh Ramoowalia, (6) Avtar Singh
Makkar, (7) Giani Gurbachan Singh, (8) KPS Gill, (9) PS Gill, (10) Sumedh Saini and ask their views as to
what measures have they taken to restore the dignity and glory of the Sikh Nation? The problems of the
Sikhs can’t be resolved by the Cyber Mates merely by exchanging views amongst ourselves.
The Sikh Diaspora must have One United Sikh Think Tank, whose responsibility should be to pursue such Issues
effectively with UN & its Agencies, other friendly Governments, the concerned persons in Punjab & India.
Thanks for your efforts,
Gurmit Singh (Sydney, Australia)
