Dear Dr. Awatar Singh Sekhon (Canada),
Dr. AS Sekhon" <assekhon@shaw.ca>, and others
Waheguru jee ka Khalsa
Waheguru jee kee Fateh
Thanks a lot for sharing your message addressed to the President Simranjit Singh Mann (Punjab).
But look at another response from Advocate Balbir Singh Sooch of Sikh Vichar Manch (Punjab), who wrote:
“To my mind, Badal, his family and his relatives are the most suitable for the job as rulers in the given context as stated above.
In view of the above, ‘the implementation of SGPC Resolution passed on 9th March 1946 for the establishment of Sikh State and subsequent Anandpur Sahib Resolution’ are irrelevant for all Sikhs living in India.”
In the light of above, what The Sikh Diaspora could do? In consultation with the expert Legal persons, you may wish to explore the possibility for an Independent Sikh State under “UNO’s Declaration on Self-Determination of Peoples; and United Nations Declaration on Human Rights” as several Peoples have achieved Freedom during the last (65) years.
With best wishes and Charhdi Kalaa,
Gurmit Singh (Australia)
The response above for adequate, meaningful and effective discussion is extract of complete response from Advocate Balbir Singh Sooch of Sikh Vichar Manch (Punjab) as under:
RE: SEMINAR HELD ON 19TH SEPTEMBER, 2013, AT THE 24TH SESSION OF THE UN: HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL, GENEVA, SWITZERLAND, Khalistan Map 9-27TH SEPTEMBER, 2013 WAS HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL
“What has been the latest progress in the implementation of SGPC Resolution passed on 9th March 1946 for the establishment of Sikh State and subsequent Anandpur Sahib Resolution? Under the regime of Shri Parkash Singh Badal and the current custodians of Sikh religion in Punjab, the Sikhs have become non- entity, even worse than slaves. Will they share any achievement for the Sikh Nation since 15th August 1947? Or what is their vision for the near future?
Gurmit Singh (Sydney)”

ANSWER:
Respected Sardar Gurmit Singh (Sydney) and Sardar Awatar Singh Sekhon (Machaki), Ph D, FIBA, RM (CCM) Ji,
First of all, I am happy that Sardar Gurmit Singh (Sydney) ji and others are enjoying good health and are in the high Sikhi spirit for the freedom of Sikhs and fighting internationally for the cause of Sikhs especially for Sikhs living in Punjab as slaves of India.
Though, they (Sikhs) are shareholders in the land of India and they (Sikhs) have every right to get their share of land partitioned from rest of India as owners in possession of the disputed land now, because India disowned Sikhs by humiliating, eliminating, torturing by a many means and also liquidating them and shown disappeared.
Now, what ties of Sikhs are left with India?
Under the circumstances, the rest of the Sikhs including Sikh leadership are slave and labourers without any doubt in India.
After some contradictions and confrontation, we are sharing our views seriously now.
Here, the position is today that every Sikh including Sikh leadership are ready and willing to be slave and labourer of the government of India, let it be in police or in other armed forces of India.
Because ‘Roti’ is the first need of humans, that may be the case of dalits and other similar classes and or castes in India. I myself do not exclude from among them.
To my mind, Badal, his family and his relatives are the most suitable for the job as rulers in the given context as stated above.
In view of the above, ‘the implementation of SGPC Resolution passed on 9th March 1946 for the establishment of Sikh State and subsequent Anandpur Sahib Resolution’ are irrelevant for all Sikhs living in India.
It is very true, may be logically untrue, in face of my views as under:
….The Leaders there think that Sikh Tenets as prescribed by the Guru Sahibs is for others to practice and not for them…
