Indian State Terrorist K.P.S.Gill is Liar and Tyrant low life. He is lying in his letter. The time (dates) of surrenders was a much later occurring and was a framed show only to mislead public.The Disappearances, torture Killings,and crimes against Human Dignity by these state terrorists occurred much much earlier starting right before and immediately first week of June 1984.
As far far JUSTICE is concerned, it is happening and these killers will continue to suffer, as they are now walking dead- without any soul.They and their families will continue to suffer constantly for all time.They will never be forgiven by the Supreme Reality.

 As I understand, since 1982 Asian Games, Punjab continues to be covered by thick black Fog and that local public does not know what has been happening? In reality, TRUTH has already disappeared as Guru Nanak Sahib had alerted us about five hundred years earlier.
 Hence, it is hard to digest any statement given by the killers KPS Gill to Sumedh Saini, who are duly protected by the Chief Monsters from Surjit Singh Barnala to Parkash Singh Badal. They may have already sent such killers like Ajit Singh Sandhu to foreign countries by issuing Indian Passports with changed names so that they don’t open their mouth before any Enquiry Commission.
  In fact, situation is similar to Black Money in foreign banks !!
We residing in foreign countries are unable to dig up the Truth whereas the Sikh Scholars remain keep quiet due to the fear of Damocles Sword on their head. Net result, Sikh Nation has been suffering under the criminal and corrupt regimes.
