*(c) by when this scheme is likely to be implemented?*

*The principle of One Rank One Pension for the Armed Forces has been accepted by the Government. The modalities (philosophy the purely logical classification of propositions that relate to necessity or possibility) for implementation were discussed with various stakeholders and are presently under consideration of the Government. ANSWER ON 25.11.2014 in Rajya Sabha was not clear in meaning or intention.*
*2.  ANSWER: It will be implemented once the modalities are approved by the Government. Was the answer to question No. 31 clear in meaning or intention and was the answer not ritualistic and vague?*
*What do mean by modalities?*
*3. The modalities mean philosophy the purely logical classification of propositions that relate to necessity or possibility in the context i.e. for implementation of 'One Rank One Pension'. *
